  I have a three strikes , and you're out rule. Listen to this one. I am replacing my transmission on a 2012 Ford F-150 5.0l. 2wd. I go in and I talk to this guy and tell him that I need several parts. I tell him that I need the motor main seal. He quickly chose a name brand for me to that was national at almost seventy dollars and was going to go get it for me before offering me any other brands. When I brought up to him, does he have other brands?Then he tells me felpro , which is a reputable man brand has it for twenty eight dollars. That would have been 40+ dollars down the drain. Then I tell him I need the transmission motor mount. He asks me if it's a 4 wheel drive.After I told him twice that I have a two wheel drive. I\nTry to give him the benefit of the doubt. So I asked him, what is the transmission oil capacity?And he responds adamantly four quarts. Knowing better and questioning his judgment once again, I said that doesn't sound correct when\n Mister, know-it-all.\n Has a smart remark of knowing a 100%. That's what it is.. this guy once again was wrong. As for a full change of oil according to ford , it's thirteen qts. Not only that. At the end, he wants me to give him all the information all over again.Because his parts surge was for a diesel truck. UN.\nBelievable!? To be safe, I walked out, I could not trust the parts he was going to give me, nor will I willing to waste my time.

  Carlos was very 12 foot. He helped me find the exact cooling fan relay I needed. It was very knowledgeable and stopped what he was doing to assist me. I highly recommend this location being that they stock most of the items and that the customer service is excellent.

  Always the best! Staffs amazing and very knowledgeable. Always has a solution for my needs and even open late just in case. Everyone works together here and makes it very efficient no long wait times either. Also super friendly. I Always recommend!

  This place is the best, it has the best employees and parts selection in the county. They always have exactly what I need and serve me with a big ole smile. Shout out to Jorge and Jonathan for being rock stars and to Keta for always holding it down!!

  The absolute worst experience at an auto parts store. Order online and get confirmation that it will be ready for pickup in 30 minutes. When I get there, they couldn’t find the order. Even with a screenshot of the online order with order #. After 10 minutes of waiting, with the guy not really knowing what to do, I decided to pay for another order. Then the guy proceeds to take his sweet time as if they have not cost me enough time already. Just so darn unprofessional. Pretty much why my commercial accounts are with Napa and Autozone. Advance auto parts just doesn’t have the same professionalism as the other stores. Probably time to replace Pablo as the District Manager/ Vice President.
