    if i could write zero stars i would this is the sixth time i have come to this location after having another location call and pull the part. after driving the 30 minutes they mysteriously don’t have the part anymore after waiting 20 minutes in the store for help. out of all advance auto parts do not go to this one.

    I rarely make bad reviews but as a honest customer for years. this was the worse and most disappointing customer service I’ve ever experienced I had a part for my car that got wrecked and junk I was never able to even use the part never even took it out of the advanced auto bag till I walk to the counter. As a lady (black with dreads) asked what I needed to explain to her I wanted to return the item but I had it for a while.she said the return is 45 days with receipt which I had.and that was a lie it’s 90 days as she opened the boxes for the first time seeing brand new packaging, she looked at me and told me the store wouldn’t allow her to return it I then said it is fine I want store credit it wasn’t about money I buy from there often she stared at me for a while and said no they won’t let me do that either with was another lie I then went to another store where they help me get store credit with in minutes. other customers in that store said they don’t go there because they mistreated them and other customers many times something needs to be done. I understand not everyone will have time to write a review even trying to talk to the manager was very difficult he lied told me they couldn’t give names for complaints they put another guy on the phone after they seen I was gonna write a review that doesn’t even speak English or at least acted like it you can clearly see the look on the faces of the other stores workers after I told them my experience and at what store they didn’t even have to say anything THEY just told me sorry NOT THE STORE WHO IS THE ISSUE this is a PROBLEM!!! LYING TO CUSTOMERS CANT HAPPEN !!!

    Erick was top tier customer service, explained everything to me (a female with no knowledge of any car anything -) he explained and walked me through it. He is on top of his game and he is making sure Advanced Auto Parts is standing on business. I was baffled to find out he was not the manager - he needs a promotion.

    I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received during a return today. The Situation: Yesterday, I purchased two jugs of oil, an oil filter, and brake rotors. The staff was helpful enough to carry the heavy rotors out to my car for me. Today, I needed to return the oil, the filter, and one of the rotors. I came with my three-year-old child, making it difficult to manage heavy items. The Problem: The employee at the counter processed the return for the items I could carry inside (the oil and filter). However, when it came to the heavy rotor which was still in my car because staff had originally helped me load it he refused to help. Despite seeing me struggle with the other items while managing my child, he insisted I had to bring the rotor inside myself to complete the return. A complete lack of common sense and customer care. If a store helps you load a heavy item, they should be willing to help you with it for the return, especially when a parent is clearly struggling with a young child. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
