There is no cueing system for managing the line which inevitability forms and spreads into the aisles, so there’s confusion as to who is next. I’m sure the larger management at hand could resolve this easily but they seem inundated keeping their heads above water. The employees are simply not able to provide quick service within such a dysfunctional system so they’re not able to be themselves. Do not plan to be a quick trip here. We spent about 45 minutes getting low beam headlights when if it were staffed properly, should have been five minutes, get the people out. “Bop em on the head and take their money”, don’t make it more difficult than it needs to be, poor people in line looking absolutely tortured. Phone rang off the hook the whole time, once to be put on a long hold before hanging up and ringing more as we left, they should at least have their corporate take that side over. Kudos to the staff who haven’t quit yet and help out! Y’all are some real ones staying swamped like that with no reward, only punishment.
