    Knowledge and helpful staff. While standing in line waiting to pick up my parts. I heard several non-mechanical customers ask some odd-ball questions. The staff politely answered them by educating them & suggesting the correct parts. They also, suggested for some to not try to fix, take the vehicle to a shop. 😁

    Mason shouldn’t be allowed near a cash register — or a screwdriver. If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a battery and a starter. Realized I only needed the battery. So like any sane human, I brought the starter and the battery core back. Mason — who looks like he failed out of oil change school — takes the starter but refuses to refund the core. I explained (slowly) that every battery comes with a core charge. He blinked at me like a broken dash light, then told me: “You can leave it, but you won’t get any money for it.” Buddy. That’s not a policy. That’s straight-up theft. When I told him I’d leave the battery core and receipt and come back later, he said: “No. Either bring it back later, or leave it and get nothing.” Like he’s some kind of tough guy running the register at a parts store. Then he tells me to “go ahead and complain” because he “doesn’t care if he loses his job.” Which makes sense — because he clearly doesn’t know how to do it. Mason acts like someone who’s still figuring out which end of the wrench to hold. He looks confused by basic returns. I’ve seen stripped bolts with better decision-making skills. If you’re reading this and thinking of stopping by — don’t. Unless you enjoy arguing with a slow-motion meltdown in khakis and a name tag. Corporate: this is the guy making your whole brand look stupid. Mason is a refund-denying, attitude-having, customer-losing liability. Get him out before he talks someone into putting brake fluid in their battery.
