The staff was **untrained**, **unhelpful**, and had **no access to the system**, forcing me to waste my time for no reason. Instead of providing assistance, I was told to **return another day when the manager would be available**—a clear sign of incompetence. To make matters worse, the manager ended the interaction with a **completely inappropriate comment**: **“Have a good day, hopefully you don’t crash out there.”** This was not only unprofessional but **disrespectful** and **out of line** for any customer service interaction. Such behavior is **unexcusable** and **reflects poorly** on both the store and the company as a whole. I will **never return** to this location, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

We always pay off our account balance in a timely manner. We do not owe any outstanding balance at all, and still they refused to apply it to our account. Total waste of our time and will never return to this location again. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Very displeased with this experience. Avoid this location if you can.
