  I had an amazing experience! Luke and Sylvenson provided outstanding service from start to finish. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed the whole time. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond—even putting my windshield wipers on for me in the rain without hesitation. Their attitudes were so positive and friendly, which made the entire experience even better. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend!

  I’m literally here at 7:40am and the guy won’t let me in to purchase claiming the company has to give them a time to open even though they have a sign big as day saying open at 7:30

  Kevin is so amazing!! After a long, stressful day dealing with car issues and dealing with rude people at the dealership and the other place I went, I decided to stop back at auto zone because I remembered how helpful Kevin was the first time I came in. He’s helped me twice with my car and both times he was so polite, professional, and really went above and beyond to help me. This kind of service is so hard to come by these days but it goes a very long way. Kevin deserves a raise!!

  I am out here on a Sunday trying to help out a Single mom so that she can get to work. We went to this store to get some parts, I identified as a commercial account n was ready to give my pin number, Henry Kissean who had no name tag on said that he don't need the pin, he just need the car information. I told him that I called in before an the items are here, so please pull it up under my commercial account so that I can know my discounted pricing to see if my customer is able to afford all the items. He then walked away arguing that it will take more time doing it the commercial way, an he is NOT about to do that. I tried to have another employee help me, she came an started the process an Henry ran her off the computer telling her to go put up sale signs. Honestly I just don't know 🤷 what was his issue.. As you can see in both videos 📹 he didn't have on his name tag, then he went n put it on.

  Jason was great, he solved my issue with a bad battery , replaced it and ran the diagnostics for my engine light. Very convenient and time saving
