  If you show up in the morning or a weekday they have 3-4 registers open. Plenty of employees... if you show up after 4PM or on a weekend there will be one MAYBE 2 guys running around like crazy, and considering most people get off work at 4 and the weekends theyd have the most employees during those hours, its Completely backwards, do them a favor and go to a diffrent parts store clearly this company dosnt care about its employees or cant hire any employees cause they pay horrible for the stress they deal with

  Angel and Fritz were the best here at this auto zone, I had a brake caliper bracket that had a stuck guide pin and they saved me money by taking it out for me, best service ever

  Angel was knowledgeable and patient when I came in with a car battery issue. I wasn’t even sure what was wrong, but he took the time to check everything and explained clearly that my battery had gone bad and needed to be replaced. He also helped me process the warranty on the battery I had purchased previously, making the whole replacement quick and hassle-free. The team at this location consistently goes above and beyond, and Angel is a great example of that. Highly recommend if you need honest and helpful service.

  Just went there to exchange my battery who was under warranty. They couldn't find the purchase using my phone number. I showed them my bank account stating the charge and the manager Carlos asked for my mechanic phone number to see if he was the one who purchased it. After he was able to verify on the computer based on my date of purchase he told me that I did not specify on which location I bought it. Which is complete nonsense because it should be register on all the stores. Either their system is archaic or the manager wanted to waste both of our times. I would definitively not recommend this location. Not because of the glitch of the system but more for the attitude the manager exhibited.

  I have a three strikes , and you're out rule. Listen to this one. I am replacing my transmission on a 2012 Ford F-150 5.0l. 2wd. I go in and I talk to this guy and tell him that I need several parts. I tell him that I need the motor main seal. He quickly chose a name brand for me to that was national at almost seventy dollars and was going to go get it for me before offering me any other brands. When I brought up to him, does he have other brands?Then he tells me felpro , which is a reputable man brand has it for twenty eight dollars. That would have been 40+ dollars down the drain. Then I tell him I need the transmission motor mount. He asks me if it's a 4 wheel drive.After I told him twice that I have a two wheel drive. I\nTry to give him the benefit of the doubt. So I asked him, what is the transmission oil capacity?And he responds adamantly four quarts. Knowing better and questioning his judgment once again, I said that doesn't sound correct when\n Mister, know-it-all.\n Has a smart remark of knowing a 100%. That's what it is.. this guy once again was wrong. As for a full change of oil according to ford , it's thirteen qts. Not only that. At the end, he wants me to give him all the information all over again.Because his parts surge was for a diesel truck. UN.\nBelievable!? To be safe, I walked out, I could not trust the parts he was going to give me, nor will I willing to waste my time.
