  This place is a joke. From the beginning: We booked an SL500 a week in advance for our stay in Jupiter through Enterprise the week of 2/16. We were told that while they couldn’t guarantee an SL500, that they would do what they can to accommodate. I was told I would receive a call within 24 hours of pickup to verify which car we would have. Very understandable. So here’s where the problems start with Stuart Delgado. We arrived at Enterprise at 11:30am to pick up our car. Guess what. There was no car. The representative at Enterprise called him up to see what was going on and told us it would be about an hour. No problem. We had an Uber pick us up and drive us to the Gardens Mall for a few hours. After shopping we headed back to Enterprise, and to our shock, still no vehicle. So a total of about 3 hours passed and still no car. Enterprise said he never came and never contacted them back, so they tried to reach out once more. After about a half hour of trying they told me he was going to contact me directly. After another 20 minutes I decided to ask them for his number so I can call him directly. I must have called 10-12 times with no answer. Finally after a total of about 4 hours he contacted me back. He stated to me that he was never notified about the reservation until that morning !!! I I relayed this information back to the Enterprise rep and she told me that he knew about the reservation the same day it was made and that a reminder was sent as well! He had nothing available and was completely unprofessional. I will NEVER deal with him again. I lost an entire afternoon of my vacation because of this ordeal. Never again. STAY AWAY!

  Stuart Delgado is an important part of why I was so satisfied with the entire experience. He made sure to treat me as a VIP and gave me the type of excellent service that I try to give to my clients in my law practice. Stuart frankly made the entire experience something to relish, his positive attitude and the good nature that he seems to instill in his staff is a real credit to him and something the deserves recognition. I will recommend that anyone I know who is looking for the type of car rental experience we dream of go and see Stuart and his staff. If I could do more stars they would get them!!

  Absolutely terrible. They have 3 cars and take 20 reservations. Poor customer service ruined our entire new years
