This Tuesday, November 11, 2025, I had the worst experience in over 20 years of shopping at this AZ store in West Miami. Their manager, Gabriel, was awful. Even worse, he was dishonest during our phone conversation. Once in the store, it was even worse; he showed no interest whatsoever. On the contrary, when I told him I would contact the district manager, he pressured me even more to do so. The other employees weren't any help either. The sales rep came outside to see who I was, not to help. I think it's very hard to maintain a business, and then unprofessional people like this come and ruin what so much effort has taken with their bad attitude. Anyway, we have other options. You have your bad people, and we customers expect better service. As a manager myself, you should consider what your company's best interests are. Because for me, it's the customer, and my employees need good customer service training.

As a store manager of an auto repair facility, I can’t believe how cold and heartless and uncaring. This particular store can be. I’m broke down. Need any help and all I get is a very terrible attitude and asking me for information that I’m not gonna have because I’m currently not at the store that I run he was cold uncaring and the only thing he was concerned about was information. My overall consensus is that this is a terrible place to buy parts and I’m gonna be talking to a district manager of sorts to see if there’s anything we could do to try to correct such terrible behavior. I can’t believe how awful the service I received here is and this is my second time receiving the same terrible service the first time they didn’t wanna give me a discount that I was already entitled to because I’m A commercial account and the commercial account manager was the one doing the terrible attitude in the first place now I walk in. It’s late at night. I’m just simply trying to go get a meal had to spend $70 and at the end of the day all I ever got was just one nasty attitude from an uncaring employee. The truthfully probably doesn’t even care if he works there or not
