  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The manager refused to provide his name when asked, which already felt unprofessional and suspicious. On top of that, they were unwilling to help with a simple battery replacement, offering no clear explanation or alternative solution. Customer service should be about helping people, but this felt like the opposite. Lack of transparency and refusal to assist is not acceptable. I would not recommend this place based on how this situation was handled.

  Miguel helped me change my battery, he’s such a helpful respectful worker. Very quick to help out the costumers from my experience going into the autozone. I was stressed out with my car and I was very pleased with his ability to assess the situation.
