  I didn't know there was a Gerber Collusion Repair in West Melbourne. I have always gone to the one on Hibiscus. Yes I am a frequently flyer, though not my fault. Any way the service was first rate, from the minute I was helped at the front desk to meeting Sandy who was in charge of my job. Sandy kept me informed on Tuesday's and Thursdays and they did a first rate job! My car looks beautiful! And I was able to leave my rental car at Gerber when I picked up my car so it wasn't a problem for me. Exceptional experience!

  My vehicle was repaired here after an accident and I had the pleasure of working with Sandy. The repair job was excellent so thanks to the techs! In addition, Sandy seemed to go above and beyond with her customer service. She called and gave updates every Friday on timelines for every step of the process, which alleviated a lot of anxiety. Thank you Sandy and Gerber Collision!

  I have had the absolute worst experience with Gerber. I have been dealing with them since February 2025 and now I am having to get an attorney involved with enough pictures and documentation to do so. Back in February my 80k car went into their shop. Over a month later we call to get an update regarding the parts for my car. Come to find out Sandy forgets to order the parts because she wrote everything on a piece of paper instead of entering it into the computer. When the parts finally come in and I get my car into the shop, we had left the car there for about two weeks and the car smelled terrible. We had documentation from Gerber and pictures that my car was left completely clean. Come to find out as we’re dealing with the insurance company and Gerber, there was a raccoon that got into my vehicle that peed and pooped all over the car ripped my rug ripped my kids toy in the vehicle and they had the balls to make a joke about a raccoon smoking a meth pipe - noted this is an $80,000 car. To rectify the situation Casey took the car to Car detailer who couldn’t get the smell out who also wrecked the AC unit scratching the whole inside, which we then had have Kia replace. Casey paid to have my car detailed from someone that I wanted and paid for rug the was messed up. The raccoon also scratched the Leather of my vehicle. This team later on had the balls to then change their story to progressive and me that there was a bottle and a rat maybe in the car which was not true. Progressive now told me they heard three different stories from this team. After that we took the car back in it was missing some clips in the front of the bumper and it is really wobbly. They said they were going to order it and I haven’t heard from them in months. I called about three weeks ago and was promised a call back from Katie and Casey and that hasnt happened with all that has taken place. I have now decided to sue. Better have your best attorneys on stand by!

  I truly wanted to leave a positive review, but unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this shop. The staff members themselves are very kind and respectful, but the overall experience has been frustrating and disheartening. Less than six months after they worked on my Toyota RAV4, the tint on one window (one of only two doors they repaired) began to peel. When I asked about it, I was given the runaround and told it was probably “cheap tint from the manufacturer” — even though my car was purchased brand new in 2020 and none of the other windows have ever had an issue. The problem only appeared after they worked on it. Not to mention, I had to go back right after the repair because they didn’t put my rain guard back on properly. They tried to fix it with new adhesive, but because of the way they reattached the door, it still won’t stay on. I was never able to get it fixed properly after that. To make matters worse, the paint they redid is already chipping, and it hasn’t even been a year since the repair. Before bringing my RAV4 to them, I never had a single issue with the paint. On top of that, they had to readjust my hood because there was such a large gap on one side that I could literally fit my fingers through it. It’s hard to believe all of this is just a coincidence. Unfortunately, this shop doesn’t seem willing to take responsibility for the issues that occurred after their work. Unless you want to deal with excuses and subpar results, I wouldn’t recommend trusting your car to this shop.
