  Hi Marisa & Christina, I do not think you understand. Why was I able to reserve a car from you guys if you were closed for the day. I will keep on leaving bad reviews until you respond with non-generic answer. I had to spend over $250 in Ubers for the day. If I knew you were closed I would have made different arrangements. If you want the reviews taken down please contact me, thank you - Joshua (I do plan on reaching out to my lawyer for you guys to pay for my crazy Ubers I had to pay for instead because there was no time or place to get another car)

  Why does this lot work so differently and so much less efficiently than other Enterprise across the country?! As a gold Enterprise Plus member, I rent all over the country as part of my regular work travel. When I check in on-line at nearly every other Enterprise branch, including payment, I get to bypass the line, go right to the lot, show my confirmation and get in a car that is ready and waiting for me. Today, I had to go inside, wait behind a customer who wasn't happy with any of the car choices available on the lot, and wait until she finally stepped out to go survey the lot once more. Then, when it was my turn, I wasn't even asked for my check in confirmation despite me informing the agent that I had completed the process. Instead I was asked for my i.d., my form of payment, an additional phone number (everything anyone who steps off the street is asked for), then I was asked to sit and wait for my car to be ready. When I was taken to my car, I had to fill out several of the same questions I had completed on my check-in document and I was handed a smokey smelling, rough-running, car with less than a half tank of gas. I'm driving to Daytona for work, which means an additional stop after experiencing this incredibly off-brand rental process will be required. Someone from the Regional office needs to check the processes going on at this branch. It is not exemplifying the prescribed Enterprise experience.
