  This location is amazing. Vincent is an incredible human being! He provides exceptional customer service. They’ve never tried to sell me anything I didn’t absolutely need. Back in September I had to buy a new tire and they helped me find the best deal but still manage to get a tire that was compatible with the 3 tires I had on my Mazda 9. They are quick too! I was in and out in under a hour both times I have been. They will continue getting my business.

  DO NOT GO HERE, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE I was fairly sure I had a broken belt on a tire, but I wasn't sure which. I purchased the front tires through Tire Kingdom in 2024 and have 21k miles since purchase. The rear tires were on it when I purchased the vehicle, so I brought 2 brand new tires in case it was the rear. I asked them to check for the vibration. If it was the front, they should be under warranty, if it was the rear, I have new rear tires in the back. I'm fairly confident they just changed the rear tires and charged me for it and sent me packing, as I realized the vibration was still present on my way home. I brought it back up and asked them to check for the vibration again and suggested it might be a broken belt. They balanced the tires and sent me packing again. Vibration still present. 3rd time, someone finally decided to road test it then spin the tire while the vehicle was on the lift and you could see the broken belt in the tire clear as day. If only they had done this the first time I asked them to, I wouldn't have had to spend all day in the store, and I could have had them replace the bad tires with the brand new ones instead of replacing perfectly good tires. Now, come to find out, I didn't pay extra for the warranty when I bought the tires, so they wash their hands of the manufacturer's warranty and I have to do that on my own. So that leaves me with a vehicle with a bad tire that my wife uses to haul the kids around in. Very disappointed. I wish I had gone back to the Zephyrhills location, even if they had the same warranty issue, I feel they would have solved it right the first time, and not needed any return trips.

  My tire was losing air, called in a panic and spoke to a young gentleman, “Vinny” who calmed me down and said come on in, we got you! The moment I walked in I knew I was in good hands. They assessed the tire and patched it up and I was on my way within 20 minutes. Vinny and his team are true fine gentleman. They are caring professionals who do not take advantage of you. I’m so thankful yet blessed that there are still good people in the World today. Without doubt I will be returning for all my tire service needs. I highly recommend Vinny and his team at Tire Kingdom, they truly “Rock”

  I can’t thank this tire shop enough for helping my mother-in-law! She had an unexpected nail in her tire, and the team went above and beyond to take care of her quickly and kindly. They didn’t try to upsell her on anything unnecessary, just honest, professional service with genuine care. It’s rare to find a business that treats customers like family, but that’s exactly what they did. We’re so grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable, trustworthy tire service!
