  I ordered tires early in the week and had them mounted today. Always a great experience with Scott . This is the only Good Year I will use and it is solely the customer service I receive with Scott over many years of doing business with him. This is the 3rd location I use because of him. My whole family comes here and he takes care of us like family members Renee

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly, welcoming attitude that immediately put me at ease. Naca and the team communicated clearly and honestly about my vehicle’s needs, explaining recommendations without any pressure. I truly appreciated the transparency in pricing and the straightforward answers to my questions. The work was completed efficiently, and everything was reviewed with me before I left to ensure I was completely satisfied. It’s refreshing to find an automotive service center that combines technical competence with genuine customer care. I highly recommend this SR 54 location to anyone looking for reliable service and a team that values integrity and customer satisfaction.

  Naca Rivera the service manager was great!! I was in and out with no complications. The entire team was very helpful and they explained in detail what service was done. Pricing was excellent, trust me from someone that knows it way around cars. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable. Thank You…. the entire team.

  If there was an option for six stars they definitely deserve it. My daughter came in after a scare she had on the road. Naca Rivera was very compassionate and respectful explaining the issue with her vehicle. He was in contact for an explanation and ensured his concern for her and her vehicle. The repairs required were more extensive than the shop could handle. Naca followed up with me to ensure her safe return home. Finding an honest and trustworthy shop is difficult to say the least but the honesty and professionalism here is something that Corporate should be proud of.
