Their communication was unprofessional, and the staff showed a clear lack of courtesy when addressing concerns. Even simple issues were handled poorly, with no real effort to find solutions or support their customers. I expected a much higher standard of professionalism, but unfortunately, my experience showed that they are not prepared to resolve problems effectively or treat customers with the respect they deserve. I would not recommend their services based on this experience.
