They don’t explain the vehicle to you the vehicle was not clean and the rules are different for the store than another one they should be handing out printed rules and they don’t I will not be using them again. I had recommended them to a friend who didn’t get a car that fit him because he’s a large man And they didn’t seem to care. I don’t like to complain but this is ridiculous
