- TNTodd Nolt1 day ago2.0Be careful booking here. I rent a lot of cars for work purposes and two times now they have not been able to honor the reservation. They always seem to be understaffed and the explanation for not enough cars was not sufficient. It feels like that Seinfeld episode. The staff is courteous and professional but I will have to take my business elsewhere.

I had booked a car in advance to head over to the body shop, but there was about a 30-minute wait for my rental to be ready when I arrived. To make up for the wait, Omar went above and beyond by telling me I could bring the car back empty so I didn't have to worry about gas, and he even gave me 10% off future rentals. He was very thorough when we did the initial walk-around of the car and even followed up when I returned it to see if there was anything he could have done better. Omar’s professionalism and focus on customer satisfaction were top-notch. I’ll definitely be using this Enterprise again!
