  Omar has always been great. Even though this location is busy, he works efficiently, so I’ve never had to wait long. He greets everyone, lets them know he’ll be right with them, and consistently treats people with kindness while respecting their time. He’s also always been accommodating. The customer service at this location is truly the best in town.

  The entire process from picking up to dropping off was flawless. Staff was courteous and made sure we had everything we needed, they went above and beyond. Under the circumstances we were renting for a funeral and the genuineness and compassion of the the staff I will always remember. Grateful to have had such a great experience during one of the most difficult times.

  This is a good place to rent. They have good deals. Cars are in good shape and the service is good. Omar the guy at the front desk was so nice and provide me a really good service. Totally recommended.

  My insurance company set up a rental reservation with this Mansfield Blvd branch. Omar contacted me twice to set up reservation. I let him know I wasn’t quite sure when I would need the vehicle and that I would reach out once I was ready. When I followed up this past Monday, Omar told me they couldn’t pick me up because my address was “7 miles away,” even though it’s actually about 5 miles. I then replied that I would try to figure out how to get to the branch myself, and his only response was “OK,” with no effort to offer alternatives or suggestions. Very poor customer service. As a result, I won’t be getting a rental car while my vehicle is being repaired. For context, the Wesley Chapel Boulevard location picked my sister up from this same address for a reservation about two months ago—and that location IS over 7 miles away, but clearly they value customers satisfaction Update:1/27/26 I reached out to customer service as requested, and was told it would be forwarded to the GM ..no one has contacted me. I guess poor customer service runs from the top down
