- BBBand BowlApr 19, 20262.0I tell the millennial/GenZ rep at the counter that I just wanted to let him know that the sign to the store is completely covered up by the trees coming from the direction of 75 N. Instead of appreciate the feedback he goes into the typical passive aggression and says what about the banner? I said I’m looking for the sign that’s on every AutoZone building not looking for a variant banner. He wasn’t happy with that response and reluctantly thanked me. The bad apples in these two generations is pan pandemic level levels.

As I’m parking I see the employee run to the door and lock it and then go back behind the counter. The open sign was still on so I was thinking that maybe he ran to unlock the door because maybe he locked it early thinking no one else was coming in. So I walked up and pulled on the handle, nope it’s locked. I make eye contact with the guy. He gives me the were closed hand sign. I look at my watch and look back at him. It is a full 12+ minutes before they close. He just ignores me. There is no one in the store or in the parking lot. Amazon it is I guess moving forward.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
