- W5West Virginia 579Jan 1, 20261.0Booked shower through pilot app. Went in to get said shower. Told they don't book shower through app, and was told to cancel shower in the app(which you can not do) and they would scan your reward card and give you a shower. When I explained this to Amanda(the manager) and asked her to just open the shower since I'll be charged for one she refused. Told me the only way I was getting one was to scan my rewards card and booing a shower through the register. Gave me a receipt and told me to call guest services to get my shower credit back because I have now been charged for 2 showers. And she was pretty confrontational about it. It's not my problem it's y'all's problem. I paid for a shower I should get a shower. Not charged for two showers and then made to go fight for a refund for the one. So really I paid like $37 for a shower. And treated like crap. Thanks

Specially the chubby chick in the light, baby blue hoodie. She was just too obvious, to the guy looking at the donuts, to the big guy looking at drinks in the back, to the guy w/ the baby in his arms. Oh, even going to the bathroom.
