  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lillian at Route 60 Hyundai is an outstanding asset to the company! She contacted me immediately after I inquired about a vehicle and answered all my questions quickly and clearly. There was zero pressure, and you could tell she genuinely cared about helping me rather than just making a sale. She was straightforward, kind, and an absolute sweetheart to work with. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. she even arranged to have the vehicle delivered to my house! Big thank you as well to the salesperson who drove the car out to me, I really appreciate the effort. Route 60 Hyundai- you are lucky to have Lillian on your team. I will make sure all my friends and family go to her to receive top notch service and I will most definitely be baxk in touch with her in a few years.

  To summarize: I can’t believe how easy this was and how responsive everyone at Route 60 Hyundai was, especially Trey and Roy. Highly recommend this dealership if you want a professional, patient, and easy car buying experience. I hate buying cars. I had to buy my car 5 years ago and it was a terrible experience, so when my parents told me they were at a dealership and were going to bring a deposit for a new car I freaked out slightly. I contacted the dealership and got everything I asked for with zero issues. From a picture of the windows stickers, to the documentation needed, and all my questions answered usually within 20-30 minutes. There was zero pressure to be in the dealership, jump on a phone call, being pushed to commit then and there. Just answers and suggestions on different courses. Trey and Roy turned what I was expecting to be an ulcer inducing nightmare into an actual pleasant experience. I can only hope things go this easy next time I have to buy a car for myself.

  I brought my 2026 Hyundai Santa Cruz into Rt60 Hyundai for service today and had an outstanding experience. From check-in to pickup, everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. My service advisor Alyssa was great—clear communication, friendly, and everything went exactly as expected. I also really appreciated the transparency—they have cameras where you can watch your vehicle being worked on in the service bay, which is a nice touch. Shoutout as well to Brent (sales manager) and Roy (sales), who made the buying experience just as smooth. It’s great to see that same level of service carry over after the sale. Overall, a top-notch dealership. Definitely worth the extra drive, and I’ll be coming back for future service. Thank you Rt60- you have a customer for life!

  This place is a joke had me sitting for 2 hours waiting on a tire with a slow leak. They never even looked at it and sent me home saying it was fine. Stay far away from this place. My vehicle was purchased new here u would think they want to take care of their customers.

  Received the coupon in the mail for an oil change and a oil filter change and tire rotation . .Called to schedule appointment ask them about the coupon they said no it was a mistake on the company that prints the coupon and they wouldn’t honor the coupon .
