    I had such a great experience purchasing my Nissan Rogue, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Elle! She was incredibly patient, kind, and never once made me feel pressured or rushed. Car shopping can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Elle made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She truly listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect fit.     Bought a new car a week ago and love the car and loved my sales person (Isabella) but when trying to work a deal the used car sale’s manager came out and made the whole thing very tense. He’s a younger guy, obviously watches Andy Elliot and it shows. Very pushy sales tactics and honestly made me just want to walk out. The new car sales manager came out and was very chill and finished the deal with his help. Don’t recommend working with the used car sales manager but the rest of the staff was very pleasant.

    I was referred to the General Manager, Joe Veltri, by a good customer of his dealership, William E. Lewis, Jr. & Associates, regarding a vehicle I was interested in leasing. Joe was very easy to work with and was able to offer me a great deal on new lease over the phone without any haggling. He then had his amazing team of Teddy Heflin in Sales and Nick Nelson in the Finance Department contact me to assist with finalizing the paperwork. Within 48 hours of speaking to Joe, my deal was done and my vehicle was delivered to my home 2 hours away without ever having to step foot into the dealership. In my excitement of the vehicle being delivered, I overlooked the fact that my cargo cover was missing and didn't realize it until the following day. I then contacted Teddy, who apologized for the error, and within 24 hours shipped one out directly to me, no questions asked. I can't say enough about the level of quality care and customer service I received from Joe and his amazing team. I will definitely do business with them again and would advise anyone interested in receiving a great deal on the purchase or lease of a new Nissan to contact Nissan Of Vero Beach.

    Had a very pleasant morning at Vero Beach Nissan with a very patient, kind & knowledgeable young man, Dakota McBryar. The dealership is well managed getting my car serviced within my time request and teaching me just how hard they work to make things work out for you. And, I learned that I really like the Rogue! Vero Beach Nissan is the place to go! Ask for Dakota!

    Buyer Beware!! Long review but pls read before you transact with Vero Beach Nissan. Recently, I saw a Certified Pre-owned (CPO) Nissan car advertised, and verified that Vero Nissan had it in their inventory (on their website). It was still there and advertised as CPO. I put in an enquiry. Sales guy sent some material in email on the car and that said 'CPO'. Then Salesguy's mgr sent me a quote/price proposal - which conveniently does NOT mention CPO. (And I missed this - I just checked that the VIN was the same as advertised). I liked the price - and I said I'll come in on the weekend. BUT, they made me commit to buy asap online. I signed the docs electronically (including loan docs). Finance manager tried to push gap insurance but I stayed firm and said No. When leaving the dealership, I asked for CPO documentation. The finance manager lied to me saying 'It's all in the electronic package we sent you'. I came home and a day later, checked the package - nothing saying CPO in it. I called up Nissan - and they told me the car's not CPO!! I called up the Finance Manager. He stops picking up the phone. I called the Salesguy's manager - he's blocked my number - so it's going straight to his VM and he won't call back. I call up the Salesguy who says, it's his day off, and also says 'he doesn't remember the car being a CPO'. Lies again!! I then scoured thru all the emails I had received and got a screenshot of 1 document which clearly stated the VIN and that it was CPO. I sent a pic of this to them. Still no response. Then I blocked my caller-Id and called the Sales Manager. He picked up. I spoke to him (politely) saying what's going on. He says - it's hard to know who's calling if you block the caller id. yeah! Doh.. Anyway, upon realizing that I have some written docs from them saying CPO, after a few more messages, they said they'll work on it. A couple weeks after the original purchase - the CPO was added to the car (Per Nissan's records). Bottom - line: These crooks are advertising cars as CPO WITHOUT adding that to the car's records in the manufacturer's system. That's false advertising. Imagine if you are an unsuspecting buyer. You pay extra for CPO. 2-3 years later you need service, you take the car into the shop and they say tough luck - it's not CPO. and by that time, it's too late - because these individuals have very likely moved on to their next jobs. Lesson learnt: CHECK CPO with the manufacturer before paying extra. Do not take anything at face value. Everything should be on paper. I'm intentionally holding back the names of the individuals involved. I have docs / messages to back up my story. On the positive side - the car itself has been great so far. But the transaction just left a bad taste in my mouth.
