- KIKaila IllareOct 23, 20251.0I wouldn’t recommend this Tire Kingdom to my worst enemy and it’s all because of Mia, the so-called “manager.” From the second we walked in, she was rude, snappy, and dripping with attitude for absolutely no reason. My mom’s car had broken down and wouldn’t start, so we had it towed to Scott and Sam’s Tire Kingdom by Walmart to get it looked at. They started the work, but since the car needed more done, and they didn’t have the equipment to finish the job we brought it here thinking we could trust the same company to help us finish the job. Big mistake. The minute Mia realized we didn’t start the entire job with her store, she got an attitude like a teenager who just got grounded. Instead of doing her job, she decided to punish us by keeping my mom’s car overnight knowing we needed it and we dropped it off at noon yesterday and then didn’t even bother to call, text, or say a word until the next morning, just to tell us she wasn’t going to finish it at all. She literally made my mom go without her car all night just to be petty and prove a point. This is beyond unprofessional it’s vindictive and spiteful. Mia clearly lets her emotions run her store instead of basic customer service. The way she talks to people is nasty, dismissive, and completely out of line. Tire Kingdom should be embarrassed to have someone like that representing their brand. Save yourself the headache and stay far, far away from Mia’s Tire Kingdom. Go to the one by Walmart or literally anywhere else because the only thing you’ll get here is attitude, stress, and a wasted night without your car.
