We'd got our oil changed the day before at another Tire Kingdom, so my husband checked the oil and it was over the line on the dipstick. So we found the nearest Tire Kingdom in Vero Beach. Turns out it was overfilled by a quart and had fouled out a cylinder. Chris the manager is keeping the car and fixing everything. He arranged for a rental car and we are happily back on the road. They went out of their way to accommodate us and we will be picking the car when we head home.

Like others have said the manager is arrogant and rude. ZERO ZERO ZERO people skills. But that is not why I came here. I came here to warn you THEY LIE SO THEY CAN STEAL FROM YOU!!! I already have a mechanic. I take extremely good care of my vehicles. I have multiple in my business alone. I went there to have my new tires put on my truck and trailer and get an alignment on both. They are the only one I could find that offers alignment on a trailer. It was certainly not aligned I can tell you that. Second they said my struts and rear differential were leaking. I found that very odd so I brought it to my long time mechanic and it wasnt true. Why on earth would you lie about something so easily verifiable? What is going to happen here is this will get an AI generated response but obviously corporate could care less like most dont and the proof is in the fact that all negative reviews get the exact same response and my complaints are the same that have been going on for awhile that they do nothing about. There are great tire places in town (again I only came here because they supposedly align trailers) but this is probably the worst so avoid at all costs
