Problem with the tires on the middle of the trip, they told us to go to Tire Kingdom from the rental company, once we arrived, they knew beforehand we were coming, they asest the problem, contacted the rental company and after that they replaced the 4 tires and make sure to gave us an update on deadline for us to hit the road again. Samantha is the store manager, she handles the store like Danica Patrick the speed race! She is amazing and the crew super professional, so do you a favor and go to this specific branch, they do a terrific job, with the issue of the car and with customer experience!..
