I recently leased a new 2026 Sante Fe from this dealership and it was the easiest car experience I have ever had. My sales rep was Tifon Rangel and he was so patient with me. He stayed with me through the entire process and was very informative about the vehicle as he has one also. I will definitely be back when my lease is up to work with Tifon again.

I brought my Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy in for service on November 20th. After a couple of hours the service tech told me my car was ready. I followed her out to where my car was and opened the door. I was shocked to see a lot of grease marks on the light gray leather of the drivers door. After I showed the service tech she immediately took it back to detail to have it cleaned. She brought it back to me and there were wet dirty boot marks on the drivers side floor mat. She offered to get a towel and wipe it up but I declined. This wasn’t her fault and I didn’t want her to have to clean up someone else’s mess. I also noticed several smears of grease on the outside of the driver side door. I’m disappointed about this blatant disregard for the care of my vehicle, I expected more. Thanks Kolleen Wallace

This is my first time at this dealership. I went all the way from Wallace Stuart Wallace Fort Pierce and even my boss told me don’t ever go to any of those dealerships, go to the one in Vero Beach. It’s amazing so I did. I went for service since the minute I Put a step on the dealership I was treated like royalty, wow… any who, funny story. I went there for a service and I ended up buying a new car. My sales person his name is Steven amazing person very understanding. He asked me all that I needed in my dream car and he delivered super sweet and kind soul I loved that. He even deliver my car to my doorstep. I cannot be thankful enough for him, however
I went today 11/21/25 For my tinted windows and my blue link set up and I find a gentleman called TIFON he met me in the parking lot And asked me if I needed some help I said no I just bought a car a week ago and I just was there for the Tinted windows and the blue link set up. Literally this gentleman sit down with me for like Two hours Setting up my blue link and explaining every little thing and detail I need it to know About my new car. He literally went out of his way to help me with everything that I needed to know. Mind you I’m a business woman and I know an amazing customer service he was on point on every detail mind you my husband bought this car for me and this is the best Xmas present ever. Thank you Steven and Tifon Rangel you guys are the core of this business! And this is why I call a limo service meaning everything is included and kudos to the owner for choosing Nespresso for coffee of his choice, very impressed. Sir you will go places with this kind of people that works for you I’m 199% percent satisfy the 1 percent is your financial people not to honest. 🤥

I had a great experience buying a new 2025 Hyundai Elantra from Zachary, Sales Manager and Harry in Sales. Both Zachary and Harry went above and beyond any dealership I have dealt with over the past 30+ years. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional and made the whole process easy and my car was delivered to me in less than 2 hours. Plus, prompt follow up calls to ensure I was happy and to assist with any question.Harry also stopped by to return my garage remote and answer some tech questions two days later. This is the 2nd Elantra my family has purchased from Route 60 Hyundai. My son still loves his 2018 Elantra we purchased a few years ago too. I will also say that the car is extremely comfortable, great gas mileage and all the safety features is phenomenal. I had a surprise cup of coffee pop up on my screen a few days ago on my drive to Broward asking if I wanted to take a break. So cute! It made me laugh, as it sensed I was driving awhile. lol..Also, it reminds you to check the back seat too when leaving the car and lets you know if the car ahead starts moving if you delay a second at a green light. Very cool! I highly recommend Route 60 Hyundai. I love my new car so much! Thank you Zachary & Harry!

Never thought id rate this place a 1. I made an appointment elsewhere for my alignment because lifetime alignments for free. Why would I go anywhere else? While handling a family thing I ask someone to take my car in to the other place. They mistakenly brought it to this service place. When he said I have an appointment at 9am they said okay and then charged $273 for alignment and oil change. While yes my person went to wrong place he could've double checked place had they said "no you dont have an appointment t". But alas no such thing happened.... I take blame from myself for not rescheduling and for my helper but when I called and said why didnt you tell him he didnt have appointment they said "Our system doesnt always work so we take all walking but its not our fault" seems like maybe they also have some blame... so I asked for manager of service James. James, who states his family owns the dealership so there's noone higher than him in the whole building, stated his employees "did nothing wrong" and "their system doesnt always work but they are equipped for walkins so why tell anyone they dont have an appointment?"
Maybe that concerns you, maybe it doesnt, but for me I wont be buying my new car this year from them and I will not ever go back to this service place. Only one person there that has helped me for 8 years keep my car running but its time to move on with this new direction they are going. Its more about how it was handled more than anything and im old school customer service I guess. Customers are wrong 90% of the time but you dont admit your system doesnt work and then blame the customer. Thats just shady .....
