  Dace was wonderful! He was informative and found the problem in a timely manner! We were from out of town and he got us in quickly and resolved the problem quickly! I would highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced at this location! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful! The definitely looked out for us!

  I had an amazing experience here. I was about to head out of town for an eight hour drive when I came outside around 8 PM and discovered I had a flat tire. I was extremely stressed because I needed to get on the road, but the team immediately stepped in to help. They were able to get me in right away and reassured me that no matter what, they would get my tire taken care of, even if they had to stay late. Everyone was incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. The price WAS SO AFFORDABLE!!! They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of so I could safely start my trip. It is rare to find customer service like this anymore. I am so grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable and professional service. Definitely a five star experience.

  I had a great experience at this Mavis location! The staff was incredibly professional and got my car in and out quickly. Their prices are fair, and the waiting room was clean and comfortable. It’s a relief to find a shop that provides honest, top-notch service—I’ll definitely be back for my future tire and brake needs!

  I called asking for specific tires because I was driving 30 min to this location, they told me they had them, I asked TWO times to confirm. I get these mounted and I pay..... They were NOT what I asked for. Customer experience is definitely horrible, no one should be working front desk if they know nothing. Better attitude to address these things would also help. NEVER AGAIN.

  I had a flat tire and took my car to Mivas Tires and Brakes, and they were absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had my tire repaired in no time. What really impressed me was their honesty and transparency. They explained exactly what caused the flat and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. The service was fast and the quality of the repair was excellent. It’s not always easy to find an auto shop you can trust, but Mivas Tires and Brakes definitely earned mine. Highly recommend them if you want truly top-tier service for your vehicle.
