  I found a nail in my side wall of my tire. I decided to try Mavis tire. I have to say my experience was very positive Paul, one of the technicians was extremely informative, he took time to explain why they could not patch the tire and had to replace it. He Explain to me that I had lug nuts locks on my tires, which I did not know and helped me to locate the lock release in my car. The waiting room is clean and all the technicians there were helpful and informative. I thought the price point was very reasonable, and I was highly pleased when my car was returned back to me. Highly recommend this business.

  Went there with a screw in my tire. They were able to pull it and check for air leak. They could have easily said it was leaking and couldn't be fixed and sold me a tire for 180.00. Fortunately they were very honest and said all was good. I appreciate that. Ill be back for other services. Refreshing to have honest repair shop.

  A big shout out to the Mavis Tire store in Vero Beach at 43rd Avenue and Oslo Road. I had a nail in my tire and went in a bit before 8:00am for the repair. A staff member walked out and met me at my car. She took the information and they pulled my car in. After about 45 minutes the manager, Scott, called me to the desk to check out. He said, “we kept you here longer than we should have today and I don’t like doing that so we will call it even.” That is what good service is about, keeping customers happy! Also, they have a free air machine out front and if they are not busy they will actually fill your tires for you. Great job, Mavis

  I was driving home from work in VB (paying attention and not driving distracted) and hit a piece of debris in the road. As soon as hit it I pulled over and could hear my front tire hissing. Fortunately I lived close and made it home. I called my usually tire shop. Unfortunately it was just abt 5pm and the best they could do was to get me in next day. I reached out to Mavis Tire and they said they could fit me in. After airing up my flat tire I drove over to 5260 U.S. 1 and found I was the only one waiting. They were able to determine that I had two punctures right next to each other so they could not plug it. I was able to purchase a new tire and get it mounted and balanced in no time. A regular NASCAR pit crew. I was back on the road with a fresh tire by 6:02pm. Thank you Mavis Tire team!

  From the moment I walked in the door, I felt genuinely welcomed and not rushed, not brushed off, and definitely not treated like just another dollar walking through the door. Customer service matters to me and this place absolutely nailed it. They made it clear right away that my time was important, and that alone goes a long way these days. The service was fast..respectful, and smooth from start to finish. And let me tell you… the lobby about knocked me over. Open, inviting, and thoughtfully set up with these really cool tables that have built-in charger ports and spinny chairs.. which makes waiting on your car about as comfortable as it gets. Perfect vibes to scroll TikTok, answer emails or just chill. I’ve already told several people about this place and I definitely plan on coming back for all of my car needs. Good service is hard to find but when you do.. you hold onto it! Hands down the best customer service in town.
