Called Mavis and they had no appointments for the day but said if I came down they would get me in as soon as they could. The place is clean, bright, Wi-Fi. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. Assistant Manager Logan was accommodating, knowledgeable and very sensitive to my situation. Thank you.

He got the car in quickly to diagnose and repair the tire. She was on her way in about 30 minutes and made her second appointment with time to spare. Thank you Dan and the team at Mavis!!!
- WFWe Be Poppin FLNov 14, 20251.0Bought 4 Tires in July for over 1k including all fees and taxes. One has generated a bubble in side wall from a pot hole. When I called about it they say that is not covered under the road hazard and need to buy another tire. If a pot hole is not a road hazard then what is. Called St Lucie tire they offered to help me and said they would take care of me and a pot hole is exactly what a road hazard is. Mavis will never get my business again and I will do all I can to warn and post online about their customer service. They are a money grabbing company don’t care about customer service
- IIInthefanNov 12, 20255.0I call Dan he was polite and got me in quickly. The waiting area was clean and I felt comfortable waiting. They accessed the car and advised me that I had a nail and needed the brake fluid’s exchanged. I appreciated that they did I make a recommendation about my shocks but were not pushy and left a good impression on me. I will return to them and have the shocks replaced and they give a military discount. Very pleased!
