  Things not to do when you have a nail in your tire... do not go to this good year repair shop as they will quote 3 hours labor to remove the tire and plug it. In other words l, labor time is $140/hour times 3 and you get the picture and as if this was not bad enough. You have to deal with this obnoxious young lady at the front desk swearing that it does take 3 hours to plug a tire. There are plenty other shops in Vero that will fit your flat tire unde5 40 minutes for $29.99.

  You service I was given was impeccable accurate honest and friendly. Something which escapes most businesses these days. I bought all my tires at this location and I've always had the greatest experience. The service person's name was Danny and that was a female Danny I'm probably spelling the name wrong but she was everything I just wrote and more thank you so much for a wonderful experience and now a better and safer driving car. I recommend this location highly to anyone wants to enjoy the same experience I have. Once again thank you very much Danny and hope I don't see you too soon if you know what I mean. But if I do I know what to expect thank you once again.

  I had some tire issues with an electric vehicle, these people helped me, and did not charge me for strictly an air issue, I will buy something when I need to from them.

  If there were an award for best customer service at Goodyear, Dani would win it hands down! She went above and beyond helping my brother with his tires — super knowledgeable, kind, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Go see Dani if you want amazing service — she absolutely deserves a raise (and a trophy while we’re at it)!

  I had an outstanding experience at Goodyear! The staff was friendly, professional, and quick to help from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand, and they didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. The work was done efficiently, the price was fair, and I left feeling confident in the service I received. My car drives noticeably smoother, and the quality speaks for itself.
