I went in with a diagnostic reading of a supposedly burned out alternator, according to Auto Zone and was getting an estimate on replacing it. Five people ended up becoming involved with trying to figure out an answer to my problem. James, at the desk, made inquiries for me with the Jeep dealership regarding prices, warranties, etc. Could not have been more helpful. Then Tom Germain, the manager, pulled my Jeep around and had two service men along with him, diagnose the alternator again. They revved it up while the meter was attached, which was the correct way of doing it, and it yielded the results of all three (starter, battery and alternator), coming up green. Nothing wrong with my alternator! This man saved me and my son about $1600 on the price of a new alternator and labor. I am so grateful for the interest he showed in looking for a solution to my problem. He has won my business, hands down. Kudos to Tom and his team. You're the best I've ever come by, and I've been driving cars for over 50 years. Again, God bless you, Tom.
