  Worst experience ever using enterprise. When picking up car asked for platinum member upgrade. Was provide the upgrade, but later to find out was charged for it. I will be contacting corporate to report this local branch. STAY AWAY!! Do not rent from here

  Everyone who works there are very kind and make sure that you are happy with your rental. Check-in is always quick and returning the car is the same.

  I can't say enough about this Enterprise location. From the very first day after the unfortunate accident, Enterprise called and informed me about the expectations and what the insurance allowed. It was all quite fluid from the welcome, set up, getting picked up, going in and picking up car. The gentleman Bruce I believe that picked me up from Gerber was very nice and prompt. James showed me the car, took notes and was kind enough to set the navigator for me. All in all competent, caring and a job well executed!

  I was hesitant to use Enterprise from previous experiences from other locations, but WOW. I needed the car for two days travel. The online reservation was quick and easy, and the gentleman (I believe his name was Michael) who helped greet me was cheerful and kind. The process was very quick, simple and easy. It took less than 10 minutes to process and get the vehicle! Now this is where things just get even better, the car is brought to me and the other gentleman helping me said the car has a slight smoke smell to it and insist on bringing me a different vehicle. It was such a good gesture and showed how above and beyond they truly go for their customers. I know in the past with other rental agencies that courtesy wasn’t offered, so that really stood out to me. The next day I noticed a tire pressure sensor light came on, I know in most instances this is no cause for concern because anything can make it go off and the sensor is known to be flawed. I also watched the gentleman helping me check the tires the day before so I knew they were okay. Just to be safe, I called the store and brought the car in. Within 5 fives they had the tires filled with more air and the sensor turned right off! Everyone was enthusiastic to help and wasted no time in doing so. I dropped the car off before they opened and dropped the keys in the drop off. That afternoon, I received a call to inform me that my deposit was being sent back that day and since it was a Friday to expect a delay in the deposit arriving to my account. In the call, I was asked about experience, how the vehicle was and other general questions. I felt really cared for and my opinions appreciated, although I had nothing but good things to say. It made everything so much easier with how smoothly this process went. The staff at this enterprise genuinely care about their customers and their experience and it shows in how far they’re willing to go to make your experience a good one. I highly recommend using Enterprise!
