  Showed up at 3:15 for a 3pm reservation and was told they were already closed. All 3 employees showed no interest in helping, no apology, no solutions. The 3 employees standing around offer nothing except repeat “we’re closed”. They told me to go to the airport (Melbourne NOT Vero), which is over 1.5 hours away instead of attempting to help or problem solve. Walked across the street to Avis and got a better car, better rate, and actual customer service. Won’t use this Enterprise location again. AVIS for the win.

  Great experience renting during the holiday season (which can be quite stressful and busy). The people working the counter were friendly and helpful, and I especially enjoyed James Baker who walked me to the car to go over the documents. Very friendly, professional, and helpful staff at this location. My car was exactly as I booked for.

  Do not rent a car from this location. They are a bunch of scammers. We reserved a car on priceline which included insurance. My wife and daughter picked up the car. They called me and I spoke to the agent that we had a reservation from priceline and it included insurance. My wife and daughter also reiterated that to them. Agent wound up adding an additional $111.96 in enterprise insurance and tricked them into signing it. They thought it was saying they had insurance - which was true. Mind you they had a stressful day getting stuck on the highway. Enterprise refused to refund this overcharge. I am taking it up with the bank as well. Avoid this location. The are going to rip you off.

  I reserved an SUV from this location in October for a pickup on December 20, 2025. I called two days before to make sure the vehicle was available and assured that it was. 90 minutes prior to my rental I received a voice mail message that the vehicle was no longer available and there were no other options available to me. Enterprise Vero Beach offerred no solution or consideration for the cancellation. As a result of the last minute cancellation I was requried to utilize 2 separate vehicles to accomodate my family. I asked a manager to contact me from Enterprise and I guess I will be waiting a long time because 9 days later no one has called. I suggest sticking with Budget/Avis and avoid Enterprise. No one should ever consider utilizing the Vero Beach location under any circumstances. You will be disappointed if you do. UPDATE: Enterprise requested that I contact them following the above post. I related the information above and cut and pasted Enterprises response below that a reservation with Enterprise is just a "request" and NOT a committment on Enterprises part to provide a vehicle: I am sorry you feel that way. I understand the frustration but unfortunately reservations are not a guarantee and are simply a vehicle request that you make to us. We do our best to fulfill the request but unexpected occurrences can arise.

  I called the day before to reserve a pickup truck and was told one was available. I specifically called to avoid any potential mix-up with the online reservation and to ensure that the specific vehicle I wanted was available. When I went in the next morning, the truck I reserved was not there and they offered no help. This is not the first time this has happened. I would recommend avoiding this branch (and company?) when looking for a specific vehicle. They are either incompetent or lazy.
