Me and the old lady went in with an open mind, not really 100% set on what we wanted, and was immediately met by an energetic, helpful young man named Austin. He had fantastic product knowledge and a real easy salesman to talk to. He ended up helping us land on a brand new Sante Fe to add to our driveway. A very fair salesman with a price you cannot beat. If you’re wanting a no bs transaction while also having a good time during a stressful process, I couldn’t recommend seeing Austin and the whole staff here at Hyundai of Venice. Looking forward to buying my next one off of that young man!

Our experience with Hyundai of Venice was absolutely wonderful. John Owens was the gentleman that took care of us. He did an outstanding job. I would recommend anyone to purchase from the store and John made this a good experience as when you’re buying a car should be! My wife and I purchased a car for my mom through John and John treated my mom with absolute respect and dignity, also made me feel like I was making the right decision! I did not feel pressured at any point, I felt comfortable All the way through. They have a wonderful service department That will take care of all the needs after the fact, We took my mom over to meet Don Carroll he had made her feel very comfortable and assured her that they can take care of any needs Mechanical or just simple maintenance for our new vehicle! What a great experience!!!!

My experience trying to purchase a car via phone and email has been terrible. I was originally contacted after I submitted a request for pricing. Contact was from “Skyler” which I learned was an AI response. It was interesting because the responses seemed real and even provided pricing. But when I asked to value my trade in, “Skyler” said he’d get the team on it. After not hearing anything for a day I checked the website and noted the car was gone (presumed sold). I contacted Skyler for an update and was told the vehicle was no longer available. I abandoned my pursuit.
Fast forward to this past Sunday (March 22) and I get a call from the dealership saying they noted I was interested in a new palisade, the stop sale order was about to end and they asked me to come in to arrange pricing and the could get me the car I wanted within three days. I asked what happened with “Skyler” and they said that’s our AI and sometimes they drop the ball but that won’t happen with the salesman who called me. We talked about incentives and given my experience with “Skyler” I asked that the price and trade in offer be dropped in email (since my wife and I were heading out) and the salesman even confirmed my email address and said I’d have it shortly. Luckily I didn’t wait, it’s now 2 days post conversation and nothing. The sad thing is I’ve had 3 higher-end Hyundai and Genesis products and drive a GV80 today. And this is the poor sales service I get from Hyundai Venice. Too bad really because despite the initial poor service, I really want to by a new palisade Calligraphy. At this point however, I’m not sure how they come back from the twice broken promises and even worse, I worry whether this type of customer service carries over to their service department…when I would need them to properly care for my car. I guess we’ll never know.

I just bought a 2026 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid from Venice Hyundai. Venice Hyundai is a modern, friendly and very professional dealership. I’m old enough to know what to expect when shopping for a new car and set my ground rules when I first met my salesman, Roy Llanes. Roy is smart, knowledgeable and a man of his word. I told Roy that he was my first stop, but I would return when I was ready to buy — after test driving other cars. He respected my request to allow me to test drive a vehicle without a heavy sales pitch. When I returned the following week with facts and figures ready, Roy and Sales Manager, Danny Petrov, negotiated the deal I was looking for, including my trade in. Moving on to the Business Office was a necessarily long process, but Bobby Curdt made it as painless as possible. Along the way, I stopped by the dealership to get some additional information and Megan filled in for Roy showing how the dealership operates in a wonderfully seamless manner. You can shop around but feel confident buying here,
