  I highly recommend Enterprise - always friendly and helpful staff. The team at Venice Enterprise made a difficult situation more tolerable. Our car was being serviced and we needed to extend the rental several times. They made it so simple and smooth. Highly recommend!!

  Very unhappy with enterprise. I had to get a rental car due to an accident that was not my fault and the insurance company of the other party we’re paying.Enterprize intimidated me into buying their insurance by saying if just my own, and an accent they were going to charge me for loss of income every daythe car was not in service. I returned the car, they would not actually give me any kind of invoice to tell me what I paid or what I owe and no priif of when it was teturned. Very unhappy with the service. Will suggest to my insurance company that they do not use them.

  Incompetent and uncooperative employees at this location. Won’t replace a car that reeks of cigarette smoke saying they have nothing available. When asked if they can check with other locations, they ask you to do it as if they don’t know how to use a phone.

  I saw a previous review after submitting this one..... Low tire pressure-put some air in it and let them know..... Oil change light on - yeah it's due for an oil change based of computer calculations.... One star? Did it leave you stranded or did you make a mountain out a mole hill...? SMH

  Came for a rental car while my car is in the shop. I was initially given a car that smelled strongly of cigarettes. I went back to trade the rental in for a different car, only to be given another car with a strong odor of cigarettes. My car is estimated at 10 days to be completed in the shop. I’m now stuck driving a car smelling of cigarettes to drive my 8 year old child in. I also work in health care, so I now have the pleasure of treating patients while giving off the scent of smoke. The car was also given to me with only 49 miles with of gas left in the tank. Not even a quarter of a tank.
