  Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have had tires replaced and oil change service on two separate occasions and have been satisfied with both services.

  I was quoted 49.99 but charged 78.99. When I questioned the price change, the office manager told me that the initial quote was for low quality oil that was not recommended for my car. I was not made aware of the price increase until I questioned the bill at check out.

  I’ve used this company twice now, and both times have been a disappointment. The first time, I was overcharged a significant amount. Now, the second time, they tried to charge $100 just to replace my pressure sensor—something that costs about $18-20 at Walmart for the same service. I would absolutely not recommend them.

  I have been going to Tires Choice for years and never experienced horrible customer service. The last two times I have been there the person that checks you in was terrible. No people skills and he burped in front of me and my son. Either he needs to go or not greet customers as you will loose business like you lost me.

  STAY AWAY !! STAY AWAY !! Went for a simple tire rotation with good tires. Tire wear indicator no where near needing new tires. $30 is a lot to rotate tires but I tell them to do it anyway. 45 minutes later they tell me that they did not rotate the tires like I asked, instead say that I need all new tires for $1,000. When I declined, they still wanted the $30 and hadn't rotated the tires either !! These are scammers that prey on folks that know little to nothing about maintaining vehicles. I will never ever go back and will advise others to stay away
