  Had an exhaust problem and hour from home. Tim K the manager took my car in although it was getting late and the technician Teron took care of the exhaust quickly and at a great price. I can't thank them enough. If you need anything done to your car, stop by and let them take care of you too

  Iv’e found honest, reliable, competent and reasonably priced auto service in Venice at JSN! The “Two Tims” have been extremely helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend!

  Feb 26, 2026... Same Kentucky guy, same 2014 Nissan Altima, different, but related, problem!.. After having my car serviced at JSN (Mgr. Tim Kenner) on Feb 25, and after getting (pretty much) lead-on by the local new car dealer, I discovered on Feb 26 that neither of my low-beam headlights were functional. I call JSN/Tim, and he got me right in! -- Keep in mind that my Altima has 216,000 miles, but is in outstanding condition, having been meticulously maintained these past 12 years! -- Tim's electric tech, a Mr. Theron, 'dived' back into my headlamp issue, and had me back on the road in less than an hour! YES, it was an inconvenience, YES the headlamp likely should have been detected on the 1st go-around by JSN, and NO I was not happy about 'investing' another $500+ in this vehicle (a total of $4,000+ in the past 5 days, between the new car dealer and JSN), BUT I do feel very good about my little Nissan, and believe a road trip (i.e.) to Key West is VERY doable! THANKS to JSN, to Tim K and to mechanic Theron for respecting my time, my vehicle, and my $, for getting me in/out expeditiously and in a quality/caring/fiscally-responsible manner! There will be more tales-to-tell as my little red FL car keeps-on-truckin'! Peter G. Louisville, KY ---- Feb 24, 2026...   We took our car there for an oil change. They talked us into getting the "deep clean" engine service and then the oil change totaling $200. The day after our service, the oil light came on. When my wife checked her oil, there was none on the dipstick. We dropped the car off again and asked what happened and we we're told that our car burned that much oil. I asked if it was possible they didn't actually perform the oil change that we were charged for, and we were told "I can't deny the possibility of human error". The simple fix would have been to simply say "I'm sorry for the inconvenience of having to bring your car back a second time, to do what we charged you for yesterday. I'll definitely get to the bottom of the mishap, but the next oil change is on us." Instead I was handed the keys with no explanation until I asked what happened. I am a local businessman and deal with many clients daily. I will be most certain to steer clients away from JSN
