And with that, comes Mr Shen, Master Mechanic, I use Mr Shen only on my truck and only when " He" is available on a Saturday morning, totally worth the wait, the shop on the island is easily accessible to get in and out of, and open Saturday morning is a bonus! I'm bringing my wife's vehicle in and already let my Boss know to get his vehicle serviced there. It's truly refreshing to have a safe, reliable, accommodating service shop for your vehicle needs. C. After reading their great reviews, I decided to take it to JSN at 1841 Tamiami Trail S, and I am so glad I did. They found the real problem and fixed it in no time, making sure to charge the most reasonable cost. Thank you Ted and JSN! It is obvious you care. Definitely my new go-to auto repair service. Before I had a chance to post this review, as (bad) luck would have it, my brakes decided to wear out. I immediately thought of JSN and my first impressive encounter with them. I was able to get an appt, this time with their other shop on Venice Island for the next day. They quoted an estimate of the charges, and texted it to me before I got off the phone so I knew what to expect. The next day they inspected my brakes and called me to confirm exactly what needed to be done. I approved the work, they repaired my brakes and I had my car back that afternoon. Amazing service and I highly recommend them. Thank you Tim Miller and JSN!

Not sure why incorrect size of brake pads were ordered as I assumed he inspected breaks before he told me the front were worn and needed replacement. Silly me! Way more than I had anticipated. Not sure I will return.
- SASean AttardOct 29, 20251.0You guys attempted to charge me 1000$ for motor mounts on my BMW 330i and 10 hours of labor for install. Total bill was 2400$!! The OEM motor mounts directly from BMW in Sarasota were only 120$ for the pair! I installed myself in 2 hours! I feel bad for the elderly folks in this town that you people rip off on a daily basis. I will be posting my experience on ALL social media platforms. Shame on you and BEWARE
