Same Kentucky guy, same 2014 Nissan Altima, different, but related, problem!..
After having my car serviced at JSN (Mgr. Tim Kenner) on Feb 25, and after getting (pretty much) lead-on by the local new car dealer, I discovered on Feb 26 that neither of my low-beam headlights were functional. I call JSN/Tim, and he got me right in! -- Keep in mind that my Altima has 216,000 miles, but is in outstanding condition, having been meticulously maintained these past 12 years! -- Tim's electric tech, a Mr. Theron, 'dived' back into my headlamp issue, and had me back on the road in less than an hour!
YES, it was an inconvenience, YES the headlamp likely should have been detected on the 1st go-around by JSN, and NO I was not happy about 'investing' another $500+ in this vehicle (a total of $4,000+ in the past 5 days, between the new car dealer and JSN), BUT I do feel very good about my little Nissan, and believe a road trip (i.e.) to Key West is VERY doable!
THANKS to JSN, to Tim K and to mechanic Theron for respecting my time, my vehicle, and my $, for getting me in/out expeditiously and in a quality/caring/fiscally-responsible manner!
There will be more tales-to-tell as my little red FL car keeps-on-truckin'!

Following a bad experience with a local new car dealer, I was lucky enough to discover Tim K. at JSN. Tim's service excellence, his excellent vehicular knowledge, and his Team of technicians gave me excellent service at an excellent rate!
NO MORE new car dealers for this KY guy!
