  I just picked up my truck on Friday 11/14 and was amazed at the quality work performed by the professional team at Gerber Collision in Venice, FL. I never thought they could return it to its original condition after the damage caused to my vehicle. I am amazed at how good my truck looks again and that it was returned back to me earlier than projected. Holly, David, Al, Jeff and the rest of the staff at Gerber Collision made the whole insurance claim, car rental and repair process effortless. I cannot thank them enough for all they did and to return my vehicle to me in record time. I honestly thought my truck would ever appear brand new again but they somehow managed to repair it and now I feel like I just drove it off the lot for the first time!

  The two individuals I met and had all my dealings with were ‘Holly’ (the receptionist), and ‘Josh’ (an estimator). They were both very kind, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, communicative, and highly professional. My experience with GERBER was beyond exceptional. My repaired vehicle looked like it just rolled off the factory assembly line!!! I MORE THAN highly recommend them!! I would like to take this opportunity to THANK all those, behind the scenes, who worked on my vehicle as well. Especially the awesome techs!!! So … if your vehicle ever needs a little cosmetic surgery … STOP wasting your time and LOOK NO FURTHER & HEAD STRAIGHT FOR GERBER!!!!!

Holly's comprehensive support was invaluable, managing all aspects of the claim. Furthermore, their certification as a Kia-approved shop offered peace of mind. Josh's assistance was also greatly appreciated.

  I had to travel from Ohio to Florida and a piece of wheel trim came loose on my Honda CRV. A Gerber location was close to where I was staying and I had ordered the part from Honda so I just popped in to see if I could make an appointment to get it installed. Joe the General Manager came out and took a quick look and asked me if I had 10 minutes to spare and he'd put it on. Sure enough 10 minutes later he brought my Honda back around with the new wheel trim installed AND DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THIS SERVICE. This is a busy place and they took time out of their regular service schedule to work me in. Its rare in todays world to experience that kind of service. Thank You Joe, Holly and the entire Gerber team in Venice FL. A truly professional organization
