  Great people from the time you walk in. The girl at the front desk is Super nice and helpful. The Mgr is Amazing. My truck got peppered Bigtime with pebbles from a semi on the interstate. I picked up my truck today and it looks New!!!! They did a Fantastic job fixing Everything. I appreciate them taking such Great care of my Bear. I would Highly recommend trusting this place with your vehicle.

  From the moment I called to schedule the body repair for our truck (and spoke with Holly) to the amazing communication (almost daily from Dave) I received on the status of said repair, I was treated with kindness and respect. I loved being kept updated via text frequently to know where our truck was in the process. There was a small hiccup on a side mirror (insurance's fault) and they still delivered our truck 4 days ahead of schedule! Once we picked up the truck we could NOT believe how amazing it looked ... like it was brand new! All washed and detailed! Gerber Collision paid attention to every detail and in today's day & age, that is rare! We highly recommend Gerber Collision and want them to know that they have a customer for life!

  Not sure how one would get their vehicle repaired there. I can't even get someone on the phone. Was on hold for 6 minutes 48 seconds. Someone picked up. I said 3 words and was put on hold again. Called a 2nd time. Holding now for 4 minutes and counting.....

  I just picked up my truck on Friday 11/14 and was amazed at the quality work performed by the professional team at Gerber Collision in Venice, FL. I never thought they could return it to its original condition after the damage caused to my vehicle. I am amazed at how good my truck looks again and that it was returned back to me earlier than projected. Holly, David, Al, Jeff and the rest of the staff at Gerber Collision made the whole insurance claim, car rental and repair process effortless. I cannot thank them enough for all they did and to return my vehicle to me in record time. I honestly thought my truck would ever appear brand new again but they somehow managed to repair it and now I feel like I just drove it off the lot for the first time!
