  From the moment I called to schedule the body repair for our truck (and spoke with Holly) to the amazing communication (almost daily from Dave) I received on the status of said repair, I was treated with kindness and respect. I loved being kept updated via text frequently to know where our truck was in the process. There was a small hiccup on a side mirror (insurance's fault) and they still delivered our truck 4 days ahead of schedule! Once we picked up the truck we could NOT believe how amazing it looked ... like it was brand new! All washed and detailed! Gerber Collision paid attention to every detail and in today's day & age, that is rare! We highly recommend Gerber Collision and want them to know that they have a customer for life!

  Not sure how one would get their vehicle repaired there. I can't even get someone on the phone. Was on hold for 6 minutes 48 seconds. Someone picked up. I said 3 words and was put on hold again. Called a 2nd time. Holding now for 4 minutes and counting.....

  I just picked up my truck on Friday 11/14 and was amazed at the quality work performed by the professional team at Gerber Collision in Venice, FL. I never thought they could return it to its original condition after the damage caused to my vehicle. I am amazed at how good my truck looks again and that it was returned back to me earlier than projected. Holly, David, Al, Jeff and the rest of the staff at Gerber Collision made the whole insurance claim, car rental and repair process effortless. I cannot thank them enough for all they did and to return my vehicle to me in record time. I honestly thought my truck would ever appear brand new again but they somehow managed to repair it and now I feel like I just drove it off the lot for the first time!

  The two individuals I met and had all my dealings with were ‘Holly’ (the receptionist), and ‘Josh’ (an estimator). They were both very kind, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, communicative, and highly professional. My experience with GERBER was beyond exceptional. My repaired vehicle looked like it just rolled off the factory assembly line!!! I MORE THAN highly recommend them!! I would like to take this opportunity to THANK all those, behind the scenes, who worked on my vehicle as well. Especially the awesome techs!!! So … if your vehicle ever needs a little cosmetic surgery … STOP wasting your time and LOOK NO FURTHER & HEAD STRAIGHT FOR GERBER!!!!!
