  This rating of a 1 is strictly for the Venice Florida location, ONLY. I rented a vehicle; and the tatted up young man at the front desk said, "Well I'm gonna bump you up at no extra charge" It was a Jeep Grand Cherokee, parked behind another car and against a back wall/curb. Mind you, I am on a time constraint and if it's too good to be true, RUN AWAY! I am 4 miles from home and the rear suspension light comes on "Service Needed" and then it starts locking up and at take-off, KKKKK-CLUNK! I am thinking the rear differential, so dangerous! I return it within the hour (and now I am late), he is disinterested and appears bothered by its return. Fast forward, I arrive in Rehoboth Beach Delaware 2 days later, they get the 5-Star Rating; and shared that when another facility sends a troubled vehicle to another drop location, the new drop location loses money when the vehicle is pulled from inventory for said repairs. There is ZERO doubt that this was done on purpose. Here comes an unsuspecting seasoned female traveling from FL to DE, let's give her the problem and make it someone else's problem. Just across the street is Avis, they are now my GO-TO rental car facility. Could NOT be any nicer; and the vehicles are clean and serviced! I've been there twice now since the fiasco across the street. It is a real shame that Enterprise gets a 1 rating from a customer who's been with them long before tatted boy was even a planned pregnancy. He never even did a tutorial on either vehicle and NEVER apologized for his purposeful act. Not sure who is writing their 5 Star reviews, because this certainly wasn't my experience. Renter Beware! Worst of all, I have purchased (5) vehicles from Enterprise, the Glen Burnie Maryland location and from Mark, verify me, so you know I'm not making this stuff up. Now I cannot and will not judge the entire team, but if this fella is your front desk first impression, you better reconsider your choices in representation, Enterprise.

  We rented from Enterprise through Costco, picked up our vehicle at the Tampa airport. It’s a 22 day rental. The 3rd day of driving the car, the change the oil light came on. This morning, the tire pressure warning came on. We have this car 15 more days so we called the Venice location and were told we would have to drive it back to Tampa because they don’t have any inventory. Not the customer service we have experienced previously. Disappointing! Tampa is a 90 minute drive each way…not very convenient
