    The Venice Assistant Manager stated to me that there would be no drop off fee. She mislead me. Now I am out over $100. There is no recourse because they say they cannot fix it. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. I got ripped off. (Update After Owner Response): If you want further detail you can call me. I have called / chatted at least 11 times. Please check my customer service note history. Also, I have left "escalation" messages at least 4 times. You have my cell or email if you prefer to schedule a call.

    We had a great seamless experience with the car rental. Gus took care of us when picking the car up and when returning it. He was very professional, knowledgeable, cordial and very helpful. We were very satisfied renting with Enterprise.
