- LLLisaFeb 26, 20261.0Rented me a car with Minnesota plate and expired tag. Noted damage to the driver side back bumper and asked the employee to please make sure that's on record. Car was returned and now they are telling me it's my doing. Horrible business will never rent there again.
- AHAero HFeb 9, 20265.0I only use Enterprise. Why? Your employees are empowered to delight me. This specific rental was no exception. Flew (my airplane) into the Venice Fl airport. Car was delivered and waiting for me. No one tried to up sell me for anything. Car was spotless, topped off and cigarette smoke free. The next day I received a personal call from (Elon)? making sure I was good. I needed to extend, and it was seamless in the app. Upon my departure I simply parked, handed key to girl at the counter in the airport and flew home. Only complaint is your prices are too high.

Returned it to the venice location and had to wait 20 minutes for a ride (less than a mile down the road) to get my car. Three people working and not busy but no one could drive me. Customer service is POOR!!!!
