I had to buy a new battery and the customer service representative. Had the old battery out and the new one in within about 10 minutes very polite, and easy to work with.

One of their employees (Gage) spends a good 40+ minutes running diagnostics and correcting an un-related problem he spotted under the hood...wouldn't let me pay them a dime--and he saved me the ~$300 I was on the way to spend for a new battery!!! WOW--what a well run/customer service organization that is!!! First time I have ever been into AutoZone but I'm a customer for life after that experience. Thank you!!!
- AKAnnette KrambNov 27, 20255.0Auto Zone is always our go to stop and again I was proven right. I had to get a jump to get to the nearest shop to purchase a new battery. I went to a different store out of convenience and was told they needed a special machine, which they didn’t have, to put in the battery. Luckily I had my car running. I went down the road to Auto Zone. Just like me they never heard of such a special machine needed to replace the battery. Mason exchanged the battery , only machine needed was his hands . Thank you, Auto Zone , from saving me an expensive trip to the dealership. You can always rely on their knowledge and professionalism.
