  Very late on review. I would like to really Thank young man named Cooper. My car coolant exploded all over while on interstate heading from Tampa to Naples. It was dark had no idea what happened engine light came on. I pulled over realized some how my tube that goes from coolant to tank of coolant was completely loose. As I was driving it was filling coolant all over place no coolant was going into radiator. I googled next shop open. This was the only one I had 30 mins got get there before closing late at night. Got there maybe 15 to 10 mins think closing. Explained to Cooper he came out looked. I had to hit different ones to see which fit. The entire time he didn’t rush me, he didn’t make me feel stupid for being woman not knowing. He made my nephews feel comfortable and gave us truly the best service. Cooper I thank you honestly! Got home safe. Car has been running fine since I left there. I can’t thank that young man enough for his service and his patience.

  Went to purchase spark plugs , told the gentleman my make and model and year , pulled my vehicle up in the system and sold me the wrong spark plugs . Now I’m at home after purchasing the wrong spark plugs and spark plug socket and the store is closed so I can’t exchange it . Now I have to drive back in the morning and go out of my way to get the right attachments and plugs … thanks …

  Came in for a combination lock for an open house, Albert was super friendly and helped me find one very quickly. The store was very clean and everyone was super attentive.

  Albert was incredibly helpful during my visit to AutoZone. He was knowledgeable and made the experience easy without making me feel overwhelmed. He took the time to ensure I had everything I needed to avoid multiple trips, while still welcoming me back if I had any questions. Excellent customer service!
