Run, no one communicates with other advisors. Work requested not completed.
Service doesn't respect customers time and expense when scheduling an appointment. No lowner cars so if your appointment is more than a short wait appointment, one must drive two cars to that dealership so they are not stuck there. Sorry, I purchased my vehicle from this location.

I had an outstanding experience with Brittany Dennis during my recent car purchase. She is knowledgeable, professional, and remarkably customer-focused. Brittany demonstrated excellent product expertise, provided transparent pricing, and explained financing options clearly. She guided me through the inspection, test drive, and final paperwork with efficiency and courtesy. Her post-sale follow-up ensured I was fully settled with the vehicle. I highly recommend Brittany for anyone seeking a seamless, customer-centric car-buying experience.

First, let me say that I’ve been a loyal Nissan customer since 2012. Living in Southwest Florida, I’ve dealt with three other Nissan dealerships in the past, and unfortunately, those experiences were frustrating. I repeatedly encountered the same issues, out-the-door prices changing at the last minute, interest rates being adjusted higher unexpectedly, and deals falling apart just when I was ready to take delivery. It’s a situation many people can probably relate to.
At one point, I was ready to give up entirely. But my wife encouraged me to give it one last try at Bella Nissan of Venice. I’ll admit, I was skeptical going in, but that quickly changed.
From the moment I met my salesperson, David Perez, the experience felt different. He spoke to me like a real person, not just another sale, and there was absolutely no pressure. It genuinely felt like he was there to help me, whether I decided to purchase a vehicle or not. That level of honesty and respect is rare.
The same can be said for the sales manager, Jeremy Pullen. He was the definition of professionalism, he quoted a price and stuck to it. No games, no last-minute changes, and no attempts to upsell. What really stood out to me was when he described the dealership as a family-run business. That mindset was clear in every interaction, they truly focus on helping you find the right vehicle, not just closing a deal.
I arrived at 10:00 a.m., and by 2:00 p.m., I was driving away in my 2026 Nissan Frontier Pro-X. The finance department was just as impressive. Everything was explained clearly, with no surprises and no pressure to add unnecessary extras. It was an honest, straightforward conversation from start to finish.
People often leave reviews that don’t fully capture their experience, but I can honestly say that from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt like their top priority. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

Look no further if you want to find a dealership that takes your money then washes their hands of you. Bought a car less than a year ago and it was totaled in an accident. When I called and my family touched base unable to find some information I need, records from my car would not accessible and the guy refused to send me an email with the info they had. If you cant send an email or manage sales records why are you selling cars? In my own business I had records for purchases low as $5. Bet I wont ever buy another nissan
David was our salesman who went over and beyond to get us into a brand new 2026 Nissan Kicks! He was very professional, friendly and personable. We have had this vehicle for two weeks and we just love it!
The only main thing I have a question on is the venice police keep telling us our paper license plate is illegal and against the law to have. We keep getting pulled over and We tell them we are waiting for our regular license plate to be mailed to us. The cops told us that before we drove this vehicle off of the lot, it should have had a regular plate on it and that next time we would get a ticket. Just something to think about
