  I frequently rent from this particular Enterprise Rent-A-Car location, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I reserved a minivan two weeks in advance and even received a confirmation call verifying my pickup date and time. I arrived 30 minutes early, only to be told they didn’t have any vans available. Instead, I was offered a pickup truck or a small Mitsubishi hatchback and neither of which met my needs. When I asked if they could check other locations, the representative appeared to look but then told me all vans were on recall. He mentioned the only available a SUV was at the airport but said he couldn’t call to confirm because they didn’t have a direct number. At that point, I was stranded since I had taken an Uber to pick up my rental. I went back online and reserved an SUV at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Plant City location. When I arrived around 12:30 PM (they close at 1 PM), the staff there were incredibly kind and accommodating. The representative advised me they were out of SUVs but only had several minivans available! I laughed because this was exactly what I needed. I was informed that not all vans were on recall and that I had been given incorrect information at the Valrico location. They apologized and quickly prepared a van for me. The experience at the Valrico location was frustrating and nearly ruined my day due to the lack of communication and accountability. I was seriously considering switching rental companies. However, the Plant City team completely turned things around with their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to help. This rental was especially important, as it was for a college dorm move out. I truly appreciate the effort from the Plant City staff for making sure everything worked out.

  The Enterprise website let me book a catagory of car at this location which apparently they don’t carry. I was only called about it the day before the pick up with just a verbal shrug of excuses. My pick up was also at 1pm and it would have also been great if the employee mentioned that they actually closed at 1pm. He also told me he would call Saturday AM and let me know what would be available and I never received that phone call. No help at all here. Overall this experienced screwed me since we arrived at a couple mins after one and not only did I not get the car category I wanted, I didn’t get ANY car.

  This is the third year we use Enterprise to transport our Special Olympics Athletes for regional competition in Sarasota. When I arrived on March 21, 2026 to pick up a 12 passenger van for this event, for some unknown mix-up, the van was not there! When I asked Adam Glickman what had happened, he was honest and said he didn't know, but that I would be taken care of. He was able to locate a Mercedes 12 passenger van in Sun City! I appreciated Adam's, honesty, dedication, patience and great customer care! Thank you, Adam! I would also like to recognize Kevin Markowitz and Craig Rankins as they were friendly and professional. Also Anthony Tarnowski and Matt Difini from Sun City! Enterprise has great staff!

  Zero stars. I made a reservation for a SUV online and they couldn't provide a car for over 3 days. No call backs. Terrible job Adam and team. Waste of my time and loyalty to Enterprise. Try Hertz, much better service. Closing my business account with Enterprise.

  I recently had to rent a car due to a family emergency. I was on a tight budget and hadn’t rented a car in a long time, so I quickly realized the process has changed quite a bit. I went in the day before my reservation to make sure I selected the right vehicle, as my aunt is unable to walk and I needed something that would accommodate her needs. Matt was extremely helpful—he not only went over the vehicle details with me but also took the time to show it to me so I could be confident in my choice. Unfortunately, when I returned the next day, there was a car shortage due to spring break, and the vehicle I reserved was no longer available. Trey went above and beyond—he personally called multiple Enterprise locations trying to find me a vehicle. I initially left without a car, but about an hour later, Trey called me back. He honored my reservation, found a vehicle, and made sure I was taken care of. Thanks to Matt and Trey, we were able to make it to our destination and back safely—and most importantly, my aunt is doing much better.
