I asked them when I arrived to change my oil, refill my wiper fluid and top off the air in my tires. at the end of my experience I asked once again did you fill my wiper fluid and top off the air? He said “yes I did it personally” I said OK great. I drove off but when I Went to use my wiper fluid it was empty. He never filled it up like he said he did. my wiper fluid is not that big of a deal but this does make me question my oil change altogether. Also, the fact that he lied to my face makes me question their integrity, but at least I have air in my tires.
