They claimed it was punctured and leaking at the rim. Being we just purchased them a year prior my husband decided to take off tire himself and look. He found a nail in the middle of the tire and we plugged it. Still good a month later. Annoyed we were lied to after making a purchase of four a year prior. Thieves!!
