- LMLarah McElroy5 days ago5.0My dad used to come to this shop frequently because he adored old cars and fixing them up. I honestly didn't really think to take my vehicles here because there are places closer to me. I ended up getting off work early the day that I took my truck in and remembered it was incredibly close to where I work. I had been putting off getting my tires fixed and decided it was time. My dad passed away in 2015 (so around 11 years ago) and when I came in and they asked for my last name to look up an account, they said it sounded familiar. They remembered my dad by name and asked me if I was related! It blew my mind that they remembered him so many years later, remembered the old cars, and talked about what a great guy he was. While waiting on my vehicle, I heard them talking fondly about other customers as well. Nobody seemed unhappy to be there at any point, in fact I don't remember hearing a single complaint (even though I know they were very busy since it was after the holidays). I took my truck in for my diver side front and back tires. The front had been patched recently but I was having to put air in it every other day or so. The back had a visible nail in it so I knew it could be removed and patched. They were able to squeeze me in, they confirmed that the back could be patched, and they kept me posted on the front (they didn't find any visible issues, so they worked on the seal). Both tires have been fine since and the cost was very affordable! While waiting on my truck, I told my mom via text that they still remembered my dad and how nice they all were, and she decided to see if they could work on her car as well. They were able to see her the next day and she was also very happy with her experience.

I'm glad I had taken the recommendation, the staff was friendly, professional and explained everything that was being done with the car. Significantly cheaper than the dealership while maintaining expertise. Definitely will be going back for future car needs.

No one is ever excited about an AC repair emergency but the team at Loves did a fantastic job! My AC was fixed within 24hrs and I was impressed by their honesty and integrity of service. My AC is blowing nice cold air and my SUV is running smooth thanks to this team of pros. I recommend this place to anyone looking for trustworthy car repair in the area. The owners are wonderful and truly have a heart for doing great work while providing excellent customer service. Look no further if you aren’t sure and are in need of an excellent mechanical team.
