  I came to this Jiffy Lube specifically to get several preventative maintenance items done, that I was deferring. In other words I was already prepared to approve many legitimate work items. Instead, what happened is besides the routine items I was told my rear brakes were “in the red” needed replacement and were a safety hazard. This left me shocked, Why you might ask? Because I had a full rear brake job done already several months ago pads, rotors, everything. I even showed them the record confirming the service, yet they still insisted the brakes were bad without providing any measurements, photos, or documentation. They also entered the mileage incorrectly on my invoice. How do i know that? Because I had separate service done a week earlier with higher mileage, which means they didn’t even check the odometer properly causing discrepancies on my car fax reporting. If the mileage wasn’t verified, it’s hard to trust anything from these people, the experience while otherwise fine left me questioning the accuracy and honesty of this shop. Rating two stars just because the experience was otherwise fine but I don’t like the shady things going on here which surprised me since this shop is pretty highly rated. Pricing is comparable to dealers not too different would probably come in cheaper for most things but not as much as people might hope.

  Terrible experience, had to go there this morning , a boy named Rocco acted very unprofessional along with another person with dreads there didn’t have a name tag tried to upsell me and tell me I needed all this and that for my vehicle when the vehicle is brand new avoid this place at all cost , a bunch of immature inexperienced children, oh to top it off they wanted to comment on if I don’t use a certain brand of there oil my car won’t last another week! Very unprofessional!!!

  I am leaving this review to document a serious mechanical failure that occurred after a routine oil change at this Jiffy Lube location. I brought my vehicle in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. At the time of service, the vehicle was operating normally with no mechanical issues. I am a nursing student, and this occurred during finals week, which limited my ability to immediately follow up when symptoms began appearing. Shortly after the service, my vehicle experienced a loss of oil pressure (oil PSI warning) while driving. I was only able to drive approximately 50 miles before the engine suffered catastrophic failure. Following the failure, the vehicle was inspected by my personal mechanic. He found no external oil leaks, no damaged oil pan, and no evidence of oil loss through seals or gaskets. Based on his professional assessment, the most likely causes are that the engine was either not refilled with oil after draining, significantly underfilled, or improperly serviced (such as a loose or incorrect filter). These conditions would allow the engine to run briefly on residual oil before internal components were starved of lubrication. Loss of lubrication leads to rapid internal damage, including bearing failure, overheating, and engine seizure—all of which are consistent with what occurred. This type of failure does not happen gradually and is directly associated with improper oil service. This incident resulted in total engine failure, leaving me with an inoperable vehicle and a significant financial burden. As a full-time nursing student, this has caused severe hardship and has completely disrupted my holidays and ability to commute. While I understand mistakes can happen, an oil change is a fundamental service. Errors at this level have irreversible consequences. I trusted Jiffy Lube to perform a basic maintenance task correctly, and that trust resulted in catastrophic damage to my vehicle. If you care about the longevity and safety of your vehicle, I strongly advise exercising extreme caution before using Jiffy Lube for oil services.

  STOP. DO NOT GO HERE. Came to get an Oil change but I instead left with a TORN air intake boot and missing screws ONLY come here if the manager Tate is working. I had him the first time and I can say he is a great guy, very professional and gets the job done right. Otherwise don't. Had an entirely different crew this time who for 20 minutes tried up-charging me for new brakes, transmission fluid, said my coolant was EMPTY, my brake lines needed work, my engine air filter was dirty, even though I JUST had my car serviced at the Honda dealership last month Not sure what his name is but got this black guy with long hair facial hair and a rastacap. Seemed nice at first, but that quickly changes the second I declined his unwarranted $700 price quote he tried to give me to change my brakes I get it's part of the job, but if I say no to everything and just yes to ONLY an oil change, don't ask me to step out of my car and then pressure me for 5 minutes that its only $40 a brake pad and you've "never seen brakes this bad" before To top it off while they were having their way with my vehicle and checking my engine air filter they tore a massive hole in my air intake boot, oh yeah, and they forgot to screw it back into place so all the screws are missing and it was just floating in place Ordered a new boot and I will do my own oil change from now on thanks Jiffy Lube
