The check-in process was fast and smooth — I only had to email Carla the insurance quote and within seconds all the paperwork was ready. Katie immediately came out to check the damage, and everything was handled with great professionalism. The repair took exactly the amount of time they promised, and I really appreciated the text updates keeping me informed throughout the process. While my car was there, I also had the windshield replaced. I called and asked them to transfer two stickers onto the new windshield, and they placed them perfectly in the exact same spots. My car came out looking perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I highly recommend Gerber Collision 100%!

I don't know how he even still has a job at that place. He's definitely not a people person. Because of him I will be taking my business elsewhere.
