  Gerber was nothing but helpful during my repairs process. Every single staff member was so kind and easy to work with. Special thank you to the 2/16 evening team that was willing to reassemble my car when I couldn’t get a rental car.

  Tried getting a work done there. The customer service lady was super rude and I guess feels the company makes enough without my business. Needless to say went elsewhere.

  If I could give a 0 star I would. Called this morning 2/18/2026 to setup an appointment for a dent repair on a car that I purchased through Carvana. The work was pre approved from Silver Rock for the Damages to be covered. This company was one of 3 companies on the referred list. Felicia answers the phone. I explained to her the situation and that it’s preapproved through Silverock with an email with clear instructions on how to submit an estimate to Silver Rock prior to work being done. Felicia then tells me that and insists that there is a a claim number attached to it when I explained to her what the email said, and it also said to share the email with them, so they knew how to submit a claim professionally to them. She was very short and had 0 customer service skills. She then told me that that wasn’t the way and pretty much turned down my business until I found some claim number that doesn’t exist yet until she submits it. This company really dropped the ball on this, and I am going to further my complaint to Carvana about the vendor that they choose to do business with below is the email with the clear instructions on how to submit a claim. I immediately called up the next vendor in the line Joe Hudson‘s auto collision who explained perfectly that they deal with these all the time and this is exactly how you deal with it and I have an appointment tomorrow at 9 AM and to bring the email with me that she’s done plenty of these through Carvana and I’m doing exactly what I should be doing. Felicia was also very content with me writing this negative review as I told her I was going to with screen shots of the email. DO BETTER Gerber

  I only have good things about Gerber Collision. They were able to speed up the repair process when the insurance company wanted to drag its feet when it was time to pay. I highly recommend their work and would go there again.

  Everyone was great to work with. They were nice and courteous. Car was repaired and finished when expected.
