Plus, today I had to block my card because they're charging me tolls on dates when I didn't even have the car. -------------------------------------------------------------- Terrible experience with Enterprise. I was charged $390.93 for an extra insurance I never requested — the manager assured me it would be refunded because it was already covered by the at-fault driver’s insurance. I never received the refund. I’ve called multiple times, and every time they hang up or give no clear answer. This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I’m requesting a full refund and an explanation for this improper charge. Very disappointed with the lack of accountability.

They go out of their way and it is SO appreciated in a world of mostly terrible customer service at most (not all but most) places. I am so impressed that I had to write this review. We have been there recently for two issues and they worked it out when we needed help really bad. THANK YOU! You all deserve a raise!

I booked a reservation with the Valrico store online and didn’t see a place where it clarified if enterprise offered a military discount so I called and the person that answered was supposedly a “manager” named Rob/Ron whichever. This man was beyond rude! He claimed that the price I was scheduled to pay was supposedly already discounted but the receipt I was emailed didn’t reflect this supposed discount. He had an attitude. He wasn’t empathetic he didn’t even answer my question if they offered a military discount or not, and then proceeded to just hang up in my face when I was explaining to him That the website and the receipt I received doesn’t say I got a discount so why is he over the phone telling me that I’ve got some magical discount when the paperwork doesn’t reflect that. The absolute worst customer service, rude obnoxious far from helpful and because of his actions enterprise most definitely lost a customer. It’s not what you say. It’s how you say it. Customer service kindness, and good communication can go a long way.someone needs more training
