- CSCynthia StarringJan 4, 20262.0I’m almost 70 years old. I had to use Enterprise because of my insurance and repair company but I am paying for it due to no rental coverage on my policy. I was told my truck wouldn’t be ready for 6 weeks. Repair shop and Progressive coordinated the rental and I was picked up and brought to Enterprise in Valrico. They were VERY busy when I got there and I was rushed through the process of paperwork and getting the car. The car was very dirty. Drivers seat and steering wheel had spilt food dried on them and the windows were VERY dirty inside and out. Floors were dirty, no floor mats in the front. Left front headlight was filled with moisture. I just wanted to get it and get home so I accepted it. Enterprise was the cheapest rental option I had. I had to clean the car the best I could before picking up my husband.

The manager - Kevin is arrogant and rather than admit fault tries to make excuses that aren’t even plausible. We rented a vehicle, showed up 45 mins before our reservation only to be told that they’d tried to call us to confirm. When I was able to show that I had zero missed calls another excuse was made. Then they claimed that I needed to use a credit card opposed to my debit card when I’ve used my debit card several times to rent from Enterprise in the exact same class of vehicle. I informed them that wasn’t an option due to an upcoming closing. I’ll make sure to never patronize this location again but it should be noted that the incompetence shown at this location reflects poorly on the entire Enterprise brand.
