They all recognize me when I arrive, and will go out of their way to ensure that I have a pleasant rental experience. This most recent rental, I was assisted by Craig Rankins. He was very professional, thoroughly inspected the vehicle prior to my departure, and ensured that I understood the nuances with this particular vehicle (Mitsubishi Outlander), as now there are only 25000 ways to shift a vehicle from park to drive, and vice versa. This particular branch easily earns five stars in my opinion. Great job, everyone!

I’ve dealt with Adam twice, and he is definitely very nice and helpful. The other employees are nice and helpful too but they’re too flirtatious or giving you crazy eyes. A couple of the cars had a slight cigarette smell, but I understand that’s not necessarily their fault if previous renters didn’t follow the rules. Overall, I’ve had a great experience here at Enterprise.
