His attention to detail and courteous manner made the entire return process seamless. I don't remember his last name but I returned it on Friday August at around 2:00 p.m. This kind of outstanding customer service is exactly why I’ll continue renting from Enterprise Niceville. Alex truly represents the best of what a rental experience should be. This was my second rental and it was a grand wagoneer. They applied the discount from the first rental and also upgraded me to the luxury premium version. This made our trip to Atlanta so much better. It had massaging seats, and all the other bells and whistles.
