  I recommended this place to my daughter for her first oil change and they ended up selling her an additional bogus fuel treatment service for $80. She is a teacher who barely makes ends meet. This is a disappointing rip off. You took advantage of someone who went in asking for an oil change only.

  Fig was great. The entire team today was very swift very clear and communicative. Fig solved all of my questions and my problems and even guided me to a great tire place across the street and spread the wealth in the community. I always have a great time at this specific shop and will continue to be a valued customer.

  I called in before bringing my car up and they recommend a radiator flush to fix the car from running hot. They knew the radiator was cracked and needed to be replaced when they did the flush but still recommended doing it, so I went with their recommendation. This didn't fix the issue so. I spoke to the manager, Fig regarding a refund for the unnecessary service. He wasn't helpful at all and basically said it was my fault.Don't use this company or location at all. They will recommend extra services knowing it's not going to repair the issue.

  Sales guy was very pushy. When offering me extra services, I told him no. Kept telling me he's been doing this since 2019. So he knows everything. I used to like coming here until they hired that new guy. I will not be back i'm guessing they work off commission.Because he was pushing so hard and didn't understand the word No.

  I had been there previously for oil change within the last 60 days. My car started to tell me my oil was low and time for an oil change. In less than the alloted time and mileage it should be.? They forgot to reset my gauge after the original oil change. I went back for another oil change because i wasnt going to take a chance the oil change was even done correctly. I tell them what is going on and that less than 2 months and several hundred miles short of when it should be do i decided to have another oil change. While doing so i asked how the current level was he said fine but the oil is sludgy and continued with the new job at hand. If the gauge was set originally i should not have had to have another one before it was due. He could have advised me it could wait since level was over 80% and why would the oil be sludgy at that level when this is the oil they say is recommended. Very disastified with how i was treated and question the knowledge of the workers.
