  This is the best place to go as a woman. As a gal that doesn’t know much about cars, but cares about taking good care of my ride, these guys really know how to take care of women. Came in today and felt extremely blessed to be educated from the guys working on my car. They made sure to treat us with kindness and even had a short conversation with us about how important it is to treat women with respect in a place like this. You’ve got the right guys on your team. I will never go to another place.

  Poor Customer Service: The lady was borderline rude and combative when I went to check my mileage. She was worried about me being on my phone and kept being angsty and blatant about it. I was just trying to tell her that I had written down the mileage, usage, and other information regarding my oil change because I couldn't get to the gauge in time to tell her. Usually, I take the keys out of the ignition when parking while waiting my turn to be serviced (as I didn't want to run my gas low). My last oil change was September 20, so it has been seven months since I was there the first time. She denied service, because I didn't use enough oil to qualify for a change. Then ignored me and quickly dismissed me, how much I never got a chance to explain anything else either before walking off to attend to another customer. I tried calling the manager about the mishap, and they SHOWED ME that they aren't WORTH reaching out to, either. I never even received any services; I just up and left and will never return. 😡 😡 If I could give it a 0, I would, but I'll leave it at that

  It was great honestly Leslie was the woman who serviced my vehicle and she really made me feel secure from just hearing her speak then watching her work. She and the rest of the team there knows what they’re doing and after they were done they even made adjustments on the final price. Not saying they always will but they definitely will work with you and have your car in a better condition then when you arrived. Thanks again. I really don’t do this Hadley ever but she left a smile on my face leaving, so thank you Leslie.🤞🏽

  Superior service. Techs were courteous, focused, motivated, and professional. It was a pleasure to have such motivated and positive service. Matthew Johnson was personable and right-on regarding explaining details. He is a thorough service technician, and also a salesman. We also ordered an air filter and engine cleaning, since we are going long distance soon. Vincent Giordano was also top-notch - AND - the two worked well as a team, when applicable. They are a winning team, giving ultimate service.

  Went to Strickland Brothers got there at 7:55am they took me in at 8:00am, they guided me in carefully and they checked all my lights open the hood changed the filters very professional always talking to each other Leslie up top Russ was in the pit. They worked well together, did a great job. enjoyed going there and I will return with my other vehicles . very professional Good price with coupon. Thank you
