  Amber was very friendly and attentive. I went in because I was told by an advanced auto employee, after purchasing a new battery, that my alternator needed replaced. They started giving me names of guys that could 'help' me. Amber took one look and told me I did not need a new one. My check engine light wasn't on and they had me panicking for nothing. She went into detail and saved me so much trouble with her honesty. They even filled my tires for free after I mentioned they looked low. I would highly recommend this location for honesty and integrity!

  Outstanding experience from start to finish! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! A huge thank you to Ian and the team at Tuffy for getting us back on the road during what could’ve been a major setback. While traveling from Jacksonville to South Florida for a class reunion, our trusted 18 year old Nissan Quest began misfiring on I-95 on Saturday afternoon. Thankfully, we were lucky to find Tuffy right across the street from the Enterprise rental car lot — talk about perfect timing! We dropped off the vehicle, continued our trip, and by the time we reached Fort Lauderdale, Ian had already called with a diagnosis and detailed estimate. The car was repaired by the next business day, and everything was done professionally, efficiently, and at a very fair rate. Additionally, they squared away a couple additional items as well. It’s rare to find a shop that communicates this well and truly goes the extra mile for travelers. We only wish they were closer to our home in North Florida, because we’d be regular customers for sure!

  Incredible experience from the time I entered the doors the first time. The experienced team provided all the info I needed upfront going above and beyond from store manager to technician. We have made Tuffy Titusville our home shop.

  Replaced a blown starter fuse for me and diagnosed what was wrong and physically pushed my car around the parking lot to get it up on the car lift. Manager was very nice and pricing was upfront and very reasonable.

  I’ve had a couple of recent repair needs and I took it to Tuffy in Titusville. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Ian and Amber are friendly, they take the time to really explain what is going on with your car and their recommendations for repair. No pressure. In fact one thing I thought was wrong Amber told me it was fine. They seem like a very honest shop and will be a welcome addition to Titusville.
