Trenton the tech broke our oil filter and housing cap while taking it off and left us with no choice but to go to a parts shop and get a new one mean while their so called pressure test when they put everything back together couldn't be more of a joke they said all good to go we pull out of their thinking everything is fine start to smell burning oil and notice at a light down the road that all the oil in or service van is leaking out rapidly. After 146.00 service feee and trip to the auto zone for new filter and housing cap I had to go back to them so they could make it right. Mind u Trenton gets attitude saying he's not gonna help me because I called him out for breaking our oil filter and the manger had to help us. The manger proceeded to perform the replacement of everything and I ask him to clean up the massive oil spill under our service van so we dont leak oil into our customers drive ways and he then told me he wiped it down but to take it to a car wash and wash it out ourselves worst experience yet ever wont be taking our 4 service vehicles back any more no care for your customers completely dissatisfied with the service I received. Ps asked them to have a another manager contact me so I could talk to Robert and no ones even reached out
