You don't have to worry about rather something is full or loose...You leave with a piece of mind... Everything they do is verified from another person there.. And the top it all off in three months , you can bring it back , and that's exactly what they'll do , they will top it off if needed.. they are honest... they could have very easily have sold me an air filter. But they told me I was good.. Will be back!! Thank you...

When I got home I found out I was double charged $91.07 for the oil change. Disputed it with my credit card company and for some reason they denied it. Have been trying to call Strickland customer service and the Titusville location for 2 days. All I get is a AI bot who just keeps asking the same question without being transferred to a live person. Very frustrating. I was a very loyal customer but, after this I will go to the dealer.
