    Called ahead as I had a die hard platinum battery for my mustang from 2023. I didn't have the original receipt so I called ahead. Said no problem we can swap that out. Remove battery go to store and clerk who told me was helpful and ready to exchange it. It did not show up under my phone number as I think at the time they put it under a commercial account to "save me some money" then the manager came out and was very rude and I told him if he is going to have a policy like that plz train your employees not to tell people to come in and they will handle it if that's not the case when he got involved. Then that turned into him yelling get out of my store "now" I politely left while giving him a number one sign as that's what he is for sure. Was going to follow me out of the store and I had to tell him do not follow me out of the store as that would be a bad idea. This store has gone downhill in the last 5 years and I stopped shopping the because of this. And it definitely reminds me why after being a religious customer for 10+ years

    Let me tell you about Joe! Wow! We are from out of town and apparently down on our luck! The way he took care of our vehicle needs and walked us through the process and made a stressful situation darn near stress free was a blessing! Thanks to Joe we were able to fix the problem and get on our way in a timely manner and onto our next problem that he so graciously called ahead and let them know of our arrival! Thanks Joe, until next time! God Bless!

    Talked to donna on the phone she quoted me 89.99 for a battery. I walked in and it jumped to 179.99 with no recollection of telling me the quote. Proceeded to call me a liar and kicked me out of the store. Will never return while dishonest people like Donna work there. Oreillys treated me with respect and had much mire knowledge that anyone else in the advanced store. Pathetic. Do better. I'm about to be 39 years old never have I been kicked out of a store. Let alone for an employee to bold face lie.

    I needed a car battery for my Volkswagen and called several places that wouldn't do it. I spoke to Jay at advance auto he was very nice and very knowledgeable. I came to advance auto parts and he tested my battery and explained everything to me. Jay installed the battery and I was on my way. Thank you so much jay He deserves 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
