- THTodd HeiseyDec 29, 20251.0Called ahead as I had a die hard platinum battery for my mustang from 2023. I didn't have the original receipt so I called ahead. Said no problem we can swap that out. Remove battery go to store and clerk who told me was helpful and ready to exchange it. It did not show up under my phone number as I think at the time they put it under a commercial account to "save me some money" then the manager came out and was very rude and I told him if he is going to have a policy like that plz train your employees not to tell people to come in and they will handle it if that's not the case when he got involved. Then that turned into him yelling get out of my store "now" I politely left while giving him a number one sign as that's what he is for sure. Was going to follow me out of the store and I had to tell him do not follow me out of the store as that would be a bad idea. This store has gone downhill in the last 5 years and I stopped shopping the because of this. And it definitely reminds me why after being a religious customer for 10+ years
