My battery was completely dead, I had AAA give me a jump and after a few phone calls to see if my battery was available off to the closet place I went, Walmart ….BAD idea! Due to having a newer Chevy with auto shut off I needed an H6 AGM. Needless to say I ended up calling roadside for the second time because not only did they not have my battery they also were unable to jump my car battery. In addition to this, they told me my alternator was going bad…..once up and running AAA followed me to Advance. Within 5 min Dominic had a new battery in my car and was testing my alternator. Suprise, surprise my alternator was just fine….. I am so thankful that Dominic was able to get me on the road and running quickly and put my fears about my alternator to rest! This is what good service is!

Tony and the other guys here went above and beyond to help us get the new battery we needed to get back on the road in time to meet our friends. I had the opportunity to go to the Garden Street location when I had to replace my dying car battery with my Five year-old. The sign said that they were still open, which was about 730 when I got to that location, but the door was locked. A young woman answered the door and said that they were closed and couldn’t help me because their system was down and it was too dark outside and told me the closest auto parts store was O’Reilly across the street which I informed her that I had purchased my battery from this location. She said in that case, the closest one is on Cheney Highway and to go there miraculously my car started one more time, and I was able to make it to the location on Cheney Highway and was greeted by two of the nicest gentlemen I have ever met in my life They saw how distraught I was late at night and sprang to action. They were so kind to me and my son. I just wanna express my gratitude to Dom and Kern For their high level of emotional awareness and exceptional customer service. I’m so grateful and I will only ever shop at that location. It’s moments like that where true kindness and empathy makes a difference in the quality of someone’s life. Not only did they help me, but they stayed to help several other customers after me. Also want to make an honorable mention to a nice man named George, who didn’t work there, but also stayed to make sure my son and I were okay.
