  I made my claim through the Geico app.. William from Safelite called me prior to arriving and advised what time he would be there.. indeed, he was on time. His attitude and professionalism were beyond reproach. He did an incredible job replacing my windshield. His attitude and knowledge were top tier. I have very high standards and I expect high standards want to have a service perform a task for me. William and Safelite Met those expectations, without a doubt.

  Horrible experience I made an appointment and then realized that I needed a motor not the actual window. I was told a technician would follow up with me in regards to when the part would come in and it is now four days later and no one ever returned my call. Do not recommend.!!

  Lutz area. Allstate policy. This was an awesome seamless process that cost me $0 out of pocket on a standard windshield replacement in a 2014 Audi Q7. William/Bill was prompt and did a great shop with the actual work, transferring the bar code/stickers to new windshield and communicating throughout the process. Appointments aplenty, and they came to my house and I didn’t even have to be there. Just provided him with a key and access to the vehicle. Will use again.

  A very difficult installation on a rather unique car, 2016 Jaguar XJL, installed professionally and without a hitch. The installer Antonio was as friendly, knowledgeable, and professional as anyone could as for and beyond my best expectations. The glass for the Jaguar was OEM. The service, combined with the immediate no-hassle response from my insurer GEICO, makes a powerful one-two punch that simply is preeminent.

  Truly terrible experience. Stay away! I had a mobile installation sent from this location, and the technician’s name was Clarence. 1. Multiple broken plastic parts during installation. Some broken parts left wiring to the back mirror completely exposed. Since the technician broke some plastic during removal, he didn’t even attempt to put it back together or mention any issues. When I touched the plastic cover on the back mirror, it just fell into my hands. 2. Damage to the headliner near the windshield. It was ripped and cut, and now I have to spend additional money to fix this before it starts falling on me. 3. Defective windshield installed. The replaced windshield had a crack on the inner part, which the technician didn’t mention before leaving. He claimed “everything is fine.” Why would anyone try to install a defective windshield in the first place? 4. Part left inside my car(Plastic remover). The technician even forgot a part inside my vehicle 😆 At this point, I’m afraid that any future replacements from this location could cause even more damage. If you have the chance, skip this facility and find someone properly trained who knows what they are doing. Update: I experienced their “warranty” process, and it was a joke. I was told over the phone that broken plastic parts and a replacement glass were ordered. But when I asked for a timeline, I was told that, since I have a Volkswagen, it would take a long time. When I went to the shop to clarify what “long time” meant, I couldn’t get any estimates or tracking numbers for the “ordered” parts. After being given uncertain answers—including a six-month waiting estimate—I stopped asking. A month later, after another shop had already fixed my glass, I received an appointment from Safelite. I assumed at least the broken plastic parts would be fixed—but on the day of the appointment, I was called and told it was canceled because they didn’t have the part yet. The technician had no idea why an appointment had been scheduled without the necessary parts. Safelite is a joke. Update 2: Because Safelite installed defective glass in the first place, I switched to a different shop recommended by my local VW dealer. The good news: I didn’t have to wait three weeks for an appointment—they came in two days after my insurance referral. It was a pleasure to see professionals fixing the mess left by Safelite. They even said it’s common for them to repair Safelite mistakes. Before going to Safelite, do your homework and find a shop with a reputation for professionalism. I went in to fix a small crack in my windshield and ended up with a damaged car and a huge headache
