After two days I attempted to contact him and never answered his phone and did not have a voicemail to leave a message then attempted to contact the branch without lock the phone system kept Mr around until they disconnected the call. Then I called again and scheduled a warranty appointment and they sent another technician named Carlos as soon as he reviewed stated that will not be replaced because it did not met the criteria but they already billed the insurance company to get their money for their service. Then he called his manager and stated the same statement he previously told me “his manager stated can’t be replaced” He even told me poor management. Pretty bad comment from an employee toward management in addition to bad customer service. This company does not back up their technicians and they do not respect management.
